I loved how it was right on the beach. It was clean and had plenty of extra towel, blankets, pillows, etc.

This was our second visit to Ram Sea and we enjoyed it even more than the first time (which was hard to beat). Our stay was just what we needed. Relaxation and togetherness. The fact that we already knew the area, from our previous visit, made this vacation even better. We can't wait to go back and have such wonderful memories to last us until we are able to return. God's nature is absolutely stunning, there are no words to describe, just go and see for yourself. You will surely be in AWE!

Not our first stay in Ram Sea so please understand I have some suggestions for the owner. 1. get a ceiling fan for the small back bedroom and get that furniture moved. The angle of the chest and bed made it impossible for someone to enter the room. It would be impossible for anyone to move around the room . 2. Electrical outlet on the patio did not work , tried to plug in devices, no luck. GET A CEILING FAN. like the unit next door. thanks for the box fans but couldn't use them on the patio when it was so hot. 3. Patio Furniture is too large. needed small tables between chairs and the large table was useless. 4. No Hand soap or dishwashing soap . I swear we used to get it in the past. 5. Dryer Vent was FULL of sand . Thankfully there was a vacuum so I could attempt to clean it . 6. Toilet seats in both bathrooms had broken bolts in seats. How did cleaning crew NOT see when they were cleaning toilets and have replaced? 7. Clock on the wall NO BATTERY in it. 8. Runner / Rug needed at least in the hallway. Helps so much to keep sand under control. 9. Make the investment and create the private bath for master and convert the other bath to the main . It makes so much sense. 10. Kitchen stove elements/ pans do not fit securely. They tilt and feel unsafe to use . 11. THANK you for having plenty of pots and pans and cups and silverware.We cook a lot and appreciated it. 12. The baby/hi chair seat was great !! 13. GET A BETTER BROOM!!! It hardly worked to sweep and I used it often.14. Beds were very comfortable .Plenty of extra blankets and pillows found in closets . 15. Leather sofas were comfortable thank you ... Cleaning crew needs to wipe them down ... they were sticky on sides where controls were. 16. Loved the paint colors and feel of space, kitchen was nice except for stove. Heavy Large wooden dining chairs need pads to keep them quiet when moving ... SO LARGE .

We had a wonderful stay at the Ram Sea 2 the first 2 weeks of April. From booking, to the staff, questions - before and during our stay and the actual stay, everything was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While our unit was a bit dated, it was perfect for our young grandchildren when they came for the first week. The beds were comfortable. A bit more attention to detail on the cleaning prior to occupancy and the stove only had 2 functioning burners, but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We've stayed many times and this was the first time we had issues. Both bathroom toilets plugged regularly and the fact that there was a plunger next to the toilet means they knew about it but chose not to inform us or do anything about it, which is disappointing. We also had fruit flies everywhere the day we checked in. Again something that was there ahead of time but not resolved.

We reserved 3 units fir a large multi family get together. What a great time we had! Beautiful weather. Lovely balcony views. It was practically perfect!We will see you next year!!

We had a great time. would be nice if wave runner people didn't take up so much beach area. elevator was down one day and recovering from covid and staying on 6th floor made it impossible to leave my room. I wasn't able to walk up 6 flights of stairs. but i also understand that those things can't be avoided.Overall we had a great time.

This was our first time staying at this location, we loved how close it was to the beach and our unit was awesome! We had to do a late check in due to our flight getting delayed and trying to find out parking space was a little confusing. Overall it was great, we plan to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ram Sea. The only thing was the quality of the paper goods (tp, paper towels), and that we had to ask for more. There was no actual dishwashing soap. Other than those minor things, our stay was great.

Nice three bedroom condo, friendly staff and prompt attention to deficiencies when reported. The only negative was a broken down elevator for days. Overall, a great experience.

My family and I have been coming here for vacations for years. In fact my husband and I were married on the beach and stayed in the same condos.

The condo was super nice!! We did have to put up the previous guests dishes and clean the mold out of the coffee maker. But I would absolutely pick this exact room again when we come. It was very comfortable and homey!!!

We've stayed at Ram Sea for 12 summers. This was the first year the room wasn't really clean. We found crackers/food under the couch and sand in the bathroom. I ended up sweeping and vacuuming the floor myself. Also, the elevator broke down several times during the week. The management team did reimburse us a percentage of what we paid for the inconvenience. Overall, our stay was great. I would just pay more attention to overall cleaning. We'll be back next year.

Had a great time. Only concern in the room was bathtub floors were slippery. I think the units should have safety rails on the wall.

For over 20 years we have stayed at the RamSea resort varying from two to six weeks and they never disappoint us. The condos are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed during the pandemic, other than some other guests the staff and all safety protocols were in place. We felt safe and comfortable
