Directions to our Condominium offices:
From Tampa: I-275 South to exit 28 (Gandy Blvd), which turns into Park Blvd. Turn left onto Gulf Blvd. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.

Local Airports

Tampa International Airport (TIA)

Distance to properties: 23 mi.
Drive time: 45 min.

Directions: Take Interstate 275 south to exit 28 (Gandy Boulevard). Gandy becomes Park Boulevard. Continue westbound for 11 miles. At Gulf Boulevard, make a left turn. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.

Taxis, Limos and such are located at the North end of Baggage claim.

Directions: Left on Roosevelt Blvd, Right on Ulmerton RD. Turn Left @ 49th St. N. to Park Blvd. Right on Park Blvd. Follow to Gulf Blvd. Turn Left. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.

Resort Parking

Parking rules vary, depending upon the property you select.   All on-site parking is FREE.

Ram Sea, Sand Dollar, Sea Oats, Sea Breeze, and Anglers Cove have open parking by permit only. Owners only are permitted undercover parking.

Emerald Isle, Hamilton House,  Beach Cottages and Beach Palms have assigned parking.
