Sea Oats 204

We stayed at Sea Oats room 204. Loved the room, furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was nice with plenty of storage for our food. The only downside was the main bedroom had no privacy! The opening above the bedroom door and those blinds between the bedroom and living room left the other guests in the room having to be quiet until the person in that bedroom was up. We had to hang a sheet over the blinds do the others couldn’t see in the room. Also, if we were out on the balcony we could see in the bedroom when the blinds were shut. There was no privacy whatsoever for the person in that bedroom. Other than that we loved the condo and the beautiful view. We’ve stayed at Sea Oats in the past and love it there and we’re looking forward to coming again next year. Also wanted to shout out to the workers that kept the outside pool area so clean. They are very hard workers, were very courteous and it was a pleasure meeting them!

The only complaint was a large unruly group whose were in other units playing loud music all hours of the day and basically taking over the entire pool area with floats, music alcohol, marajuna, public displays of affection and glass bottles. This continued all night long with music on the beach and moving of pool chairs to the ocean edge. This group was all Hispanic if it makes it easier to determine the units involved. They also used luggage carts to transport cooked food trays onto the sandy beach. It was crazy. Our unit was perfect and the complex was very easy to navigate with my 85 year old father. We will be back hopefully next year.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay with our 2 kids and my In-Laws. The condo was exceptional in every way and had everything that we needed and more. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone, comfortable beds, easy access to the pool and beach. Close to the convenience store and multiple great restaurants (Conch Republic specifically) We will definitely try to stay here again in the future and can’t recommend it enough.

We had a very nice stay at Sea Oats 204. The customer service was excellent. Maintenance on the building and surrounding areas impressive, cleaned daily keeping things neat and tidy. The pool was heated to the perfect temp. Everyone was super nice. We had all the amenities for the beach, good supply of kitchen equipment. Extra bedding, fans, large washer and dryer, modern appliances. Down side, right next to a public beach access. Weekends very crowded. Ppl are sitting on top of each other and overflowing into the sea oats beachfront area. Setting up volleyball courts directly in front of pool area and tiki hut area. Loud music, smoking and overall chaos. The next morning there was vomit in the grassy area by the pool. I think ppl were coming in from across the street and setting up for the day in the tiki hut area using the grills etc. They were entering from the right side of the building bypassing the key fob gates. For this reason, I might not stay here again, but during the week pure bliss. Now let's talk pillows. We had king pillows (8) but only had regular size pillow cases on all pillows with no pillow case protectors. This was uncomfortable as well as unsanitary. Also the water saver kitchen sink faucet was very difficult to use. Rarely if ever could you get water to come out of the tap. I don't know what the secret is but even googling it we could not figure it out. Water pressure in the second shower was poor and rinsing my grand daughter's hair was impossible without getting a water pitcher from the kitchen. Living room sliding balcony door required a huge amount of strength to open was insane. Would be nice to have a few cleaning supplies left in condo to clean toilets, sinks, slider windows when staying two weeks really could use it. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

We arrived around 2pm and the condo wasn't ready yet. We got to move in early at 3:15 instead of 4, however I really wish the cleaners did a better job. The floors weren't mopped at all, bathrooms smells musty the entire time, the mop and bucket had a ton of sand in it, as well as the washer. Had to run it several times to get the sand out. For the 210 dollars they change for cleaning, they should've done a better job. On the positive side, nothing beats the view and proximity to the beach.

Took grandkids for Spring break…. Nice size unit, beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. The units floors could have been cleaner, the kids socks were black from walking on the floors. Other than that was wonderful unit. Would stay there again.

Great cleanly place. Check in was 3/5 (had to go to another facility to check in) No one available on site at rented facility. Facility was clean and in a good location. Short distance from any needs/restaurants/activities. Had issues with dishwasher and dryer. Request for maintenance was delayed and had to have two different services come for dryer. Only complaint is any other facility rented had minimal spices. Some wouldn't like that, just makes it easier for a short stay. Other than that , would consider staying again

Basic instructions for using the smart TV would have saved some time (2 different remotes).There were only 1 rusty beach chair (works fine) and a nice beach umbrella, also 2 canvas folding lawn chairs and some water toys. It's true that no promises were made for beach chairs. But, people are there for the beach! When I asked at the office they said it's not part of their program to provide beach chairs and they don't inventory them in the condos. My suggestion is to write it in the lease: "Your unit includes X number of beach chairs and you will be charged $X per chair for any missing chairs at the end of your rental." We came by plane and could not bring our own beach chairs. They were $50 each at the shops on Gulf Blvd. We had good meals at Conch Republic, Coco Wood Grill, Coastal Pizza Kitchen and Kenny's Korner (all walking distance); and Gulf Bistro and Pete's Sushi & Poke in Madeira Beach. Nachman's Seafood (fishmonger) is a short walk and very good.

Beautiful location overlooking the gulf. Plenty of wildlife to be seen from the balcony including birds and dolphins. The place was clean and had mostly everything we needed in terms of kitchenware. If I was to complain, there were no decent beach chairs provided. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The condo and beach were great. Our only criticism would be the ladies at the check in desk. It seemed the few times we had to speak with them they were not very friendly. We often vacation together and always to Florida. Maybe the front desk ladies don’t like their job. Too bad because they are who we meet from your company.
