Sea Breeze 207

We loved this place! This is our 2nd time in this condo but 207 is updated with a ocean front veiw and right above the pool , couldn't ask for a better place for a family vacation! I will be calling JC Resort Management again. They took good care of us!

We had a wonderful vacation on Maderia Beach. Considering the damage sustained from the hurricane the area looks great. JC Staff were great. The only issue I had was the quality of the sheets on the beds. Management was happy to exchange. The rental was nicely equipped and updated.

First time to Madeira Beach. Great location near Johns Pass (less than 1/2 mi), where there were lots of restaurants and shops. Condo right on the beach with great views from balcony. Beautiful beach with clear water and white sand. Beach was not crowded at all, which was nice. Good walking/running beach if you timed it right, but at high tide there was not room to walk along the shore unless you wanted to get your feet wet, or try to walk in very thick sand. Condo was well equipped and clean. There were beach chairs and an umbrella--no towels. Bring your own TP, you only get 2 rolls. And no paper towels. Instructions for TV were not correct. Never could get TV in either bedroom to work, but the one in the living room worked. Didn't call about this though, as we didn't try to watch much TV anyway. Had to check in at another location which was not ideal, but it was only about 3 miles away. Apparently the rooms used to only have keys, but now that they have keypad codes, seems the stop to get key and drop off key could be eliminated and instructions sent via email. Several different codes to use. One for the room, one for the elevator, one for the pool, and one for the stairwell (which didn't work for me). Only one elevator for the whole complex but the wait was not generally long.The hot tub was big, but it was out of service almost the entire week we were there (all except the first 2 days). Pool was nice and big, plenty of chairs. Would be nice to have a couple umbrellas available for the chairs. Having the gas grills was a nice plus. Please add to the instructions to turn on the gas at the source AND TO SET THE TIMER to get the gas to turn on. The timer part was not obvious, but someone helped. Overall very enjoyable visit!

This was our third year in a row staying in this unit for a week. We had stayed in a different unit in this building in prior years, so this was our sixth or seventh overall stay at Sea Breeze. LOVE THIS UNIT & BUILDING,Excellent location in Madeira directly on the beach. Close to John's Pass - that is walkable distance. Parking on property if you have a car. This section of the beach is white powdered sand. It is amazing. Beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins almost every day. The unit is beautiful. Master BR faces the Gulf and has a door to the balcony. It has a king and the extra bunk bed set is in the master. Second br has a king and is a large room. Beds are comfortable. Lots of dresser and closet space. The LR furniture is leather and pretty, but is not as comfortable compared to a different type of fabric. Both bathrooms were updated in the last couple of years. They are very pretty. Lots of bath towels are provided. The ice maker was not working properly. The mgmt office sent someone to look at it and also offered to compensate us for the bags of ice we bought. I did notice some items freezing in the fridge after I'd talked to the office about the ice maker so unsure if that problem is connected. The kitchen could use chip clips and more storage containers. Other than those, everything else we needed it had. We bought baggies and aluminum foil. Also need to provide your own paper towels which we expected. There were a lot of beach/pool items in the unit. These change each year we have been there. Pool towels are not provided. Property has maintenance staff taking care of the exterior each day. We have rented from JC Resorts several times over the years for this unit and ones at Ram Sea. They are extremely professional and the ladies are a delight to work with! They were quick to send over a maintenance person to check on the ice maker and he also changed a light bulb as I requested. It is very ea

Very nice room, great view of the gulf. Close to all you want in a vacation. Walking distance to shops and eating and ice cream shops.

The unit was very clean, up to date and a great location by the pool. The elevator is extremely slow and kept acting up, causing many people to complain and not trust using it. Luckily this unit is only 2 stories up but our other family members staying on the 4th floor can't just skip up the steps like we could. The spa does not receive enough attention, as there was constantly sand throughout it and it had stuff floating through the water. Biggest complaint of check in/out is that keys have to be picked up at a completely different location, though there's a keypad on the door. There has to be easier ways to do this in the future. From all the places we've stayed at throughout Florida, this was the only condo expecting us to check in/out and provide all names/ages of those staying.

The condo was very clean and updated. Even though it is a second floor and over the pool it was quiet. The elevator broke one day but was fixed quickly. There is chair service in front of the condo, however, there were plenty of chairs and beach toys. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. We used the grill area three times with no wait. There are plenty of carts to be used to take luggage up and down to your condos. It is within walking distance to Johns Pass and the 7-11 is right across the street. Check-in is very easy, only thing is you have to drive to another place to get the keys. All the staff was friendly and helpful. CONS: The smell of cigarette smoke from other balconies. All the codes that you have to remember to use the elevator, Gates, bathrooms for the beach/pool area. The tv not working in the guest bedroom. Would stay again.

We have stayed in this condo many times and will continue to do so. Everything was perfect. The only issue was the pool and hot tub area continues to allow people in them after dark well past mid-night.

This is a fantastic unit in Madeira Beach directly on the beach. Very spacious and very clean. Easy to use the stairwell instead of the elevator for most trips to and from the unit. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked. There were a ton of beach toys and chairs, as well as two umbrellas in the unit. FYI - it did not come with beach towels. The living room furniture looked very new - one comment to share with the owners is that although it was very pretty, it wasn't 'cozy' as it was all leather. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plate, utensils, etc. Fridge has an interior ice maker. JC Resorts is a wonderful management company. The key pickup is located at one of their other units as there is no onsite office for this building. The ladies working there are fantastic!!! Excellent customer service from booking to vacationing. A nice update would be a keypad instead of a key for the door.The pool and hot tub are maintained and kept clean by a daily maintenance man. The pool gate is locked and guests use a keypad for access.This building is on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We have stayed in this building several times. This is the first time in this unit and we will absolutely rent it again.
