Very nice unit. top floor north corner. Newer furnishings. Building has newer pool deck. Very nice pool and hot tub !

Vacational overall was great. Condo living room needs updating and better furnishings. Maybe 3 teaspoons total, and limited small plates and dishes. It was a long distance from the elevator. Not enough luggage carts, which made reloading to leave extremely difficult and exhausting in the heat. New pool was great and grounds clean, management great. Condo's "beach chairs" were all loungers which are heavy and bulky to carry to beach, a few actual beach chairs would have been nice. Sink in master cracked. Ice maker in fridge not great so condo could use some over all maintenance. Would pick a different condo closer to elevator for future.

Had a great time. The condo even had a pac n play included so we didn't have to buy/rent one. The only complaint is the one elevator and it's slow.

The staff and property at sanddollar were exceptional. Still a lot of work to do , but the facility was up and running with all amenities operating. Our unit was clean and had everything one needed for a wonderful experience.

This was a last-minute booking because our other condo was cancelled just a few days before check-in due to the hurricane damage. The staff at JC Resort was extremely helpful to get us booked into the Sand Dollar. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have already booked again for next year.

Sand Dollar was a great last stop to our family vacation! The location was excellent, and while the building is older, it was very clean. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately, due to the recent hurricanes, the pier, pool and hot tub were closed, but that is just the nature of how things work. The area was great and we loved being able to open our balcony doors and hear and see the ocean. Lack of direct communication from JC Resorts was rather frustrating, but overall worth our stay!

Very good but condo needs some money spent to up date decore and kitchen cupboards need replacing plus television needs sorting out as it does not work on remote to start with have to mess about at back of television to get it to work and no dishwash for 10 days

The staff was amazing! They all introduced theirselves to me and my husband and explained everything in detail. Our condo had chairs and lots of things for our kids to use at the beach, which was nice because we flew there. Only thing our family didn't prefer is the bathrooms were locked. You had to carry your key just for that. Everything else had a code. Also the bracelets cost $20 if lost. That's hard when you have little kids. I think over a certain age should wear them but not little children.

The sectional couch is not comfortable for sitting. The room needs a deep clean but enjoyed the property overall. Location and outside pool/beach area was nice.

The building may look old from the outside but is very well maintained. The entire reservation was effortless and streamlined. Everything was online, and although the office was closed by the time we arrived on Christmas Eve, we had already received clear instructions on how to access our unit. The apartment itself was spotless and equipped with everything you may need. Lots of utensils, towels, extra bedding and pillows, games, puzzles, and body boards to entertain your kids. The pool and jacuzzi were always clean and warm, so even if it was cold for kids to play at the beach, we could still keep them busy in the pool for hours. Sand Dollars has a private fishing pier, too, so if you are into fishing, that's a great addition you cannot find anywhere else. You step out of the building and are right at the beach. Unit 511 is a beach-view apartment, and you can watch the sunset from your balcony. We liked the location, too, as it was less busy than Clearwater Beach. Yet, it is only a 20-minute drive if you like a busy beach's vibe and craziness. You can also drive 30 minutes to St. Petersburg, with many great restaurants, shops, and art museums (remember the Dali museum).

Very Clean, and nice location. The Condo was very large for a 2 bedroom. The Office personnel were extremely nice and very helpful. We talked with people who have been coming to this location for 20+ years. The only thing that bothered me is that there is just 1 elevator. We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar and hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was dishwasher rack was broken and a drawer in fridge was broke but the maintenance man came in and took info to get parts. Would recommend some new dish towels in kitchen. They were very dingy. Also pots and pans need to be replaced as they were scratched up pretty bad and handles were loose. Other than that, we loved the unit and will definitely be back next year!!The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming.

To say that we were satisfied with the Sand Dollar is an understatement! We had the most wonderful vacation! The condo is exactly as the pictures show, there were no surprises or disappointment! The staff was friendly and helpful! This trip was the first trip where we decided we wanted to return to the same place and do it again - so we will be booking again next year!

The beach access gate would not lock allowing whomever to come and go on the Sand Dollar property.The elevator was not usable on two different days, only for a short time

Good, the office staff were very helpful. The units air conditioner didnt work but the office addressed it very quickly. The building was much busier than I am used to and prefer but other than that the experience was great.

View was spectacular, saw Dolphins 5 out of the 7 days. Condo was very nice and clean. JC staff was pleasant with every interaction. Building is within a few miles to all shopping, restaurants etc as needed. One thing they can't control, even though they say they ordered special for us, was the Weather. It was gorgeous everyday! We will be back.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The condo was huge, nicely furnished and clean. The pool was heated, as stated it would be, and the hot tub was so nice, definitely our favorite part.

We've stayed at Sand Dollar many times over the years, it never disappoints. Staff are wonderful, the beach is amazing and the view is spectacular, especially this unit as you can see across the street as well. The units are clean, spacious and well run. Great location. We will definitely be back.

The property was lovely. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. The view of the gulf spectacular. We saw dolphins and manatee and a variety of birds, not to mention beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Staff at the front desk friendly ad helpful. The condo was clean and spacious. We had a couple of issues. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and a ceiling light fixture in the closet wouldn't turn on and just flickered. It was fluorescent tube lighting and there was nothing to replace it with. Management was called and the dishwasher was fixed right away but the light in the closet needed an electrician. This was repaired within 2 days. We were impressed with the positive and prompt response. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. It was an amazing stay.

This condo was clean and located on a beautiful spot on the beach. The front desk personnel were very helpful when we had a little hiccup with our refrigerator. The pool and beach access were easy to get to and having the pier close was very nice. We plan on staying here again.

Room was cleanly, beach was beautiful, and restaurants were close by. We really enjoyed the property's private pier. We stayed on the 5th floor and the building only has 1 elevator, so that was a little bit of a negative. The elevator was a little on the slow side. We did take the stairs on occassion, but they're not climate controlled, so it's hot and humid.

The kitchen was minimally stocked but made due. The floor quite dirty upon check in and kitchen cabinets in need of repair. Overall the facility was nicely maintained, pool was nice and staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay at Sand Dollar again but likely look for a different condo even though I loved the location being on the top floor and corner unit.

Had a great overall stay. The condo was large and comfortable except the bathrooms were small and outdated. The location was very good for day trips along the gulf coast but there was no points of interest or restaurants Within walking distance

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. Our condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed the beach, pier, pool and jacuzzi. The condo is centrally located so various places to eat Arne a grocery store are a short distance. I have been vacationing here every summer for the past 34 years, I was 5 our first summer. It was great to be able to share this place with my own little family. The Sand Dollar is a special place and we look forward to many summer memories here in the future.

June 2021 was a busy time. We have stayed at the Ram Sea in the past, but they were totally booked for the room size we needed for the dates we were traveling. We were able to get a unit at the Sand Dollar. The view was spectacular, and the unit was clean and well kept. We had no problems with any part of our stay. Thank you and we will be staying at a JC resorts property in the future!
