Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 502 is a GOLD Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor Corner!) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 502 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 502 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants). 14 night minimum stay required. 502 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Very nice holidays, very good apartment. Small issue, as we have stayed for 15 days it would be great to have bed linens changed at the middle of the stay. Towels were there, but nothing for the bed.

Sand Dollar 502 was a beautiful and relaxing destination. We spent hours on the front patio deck overlooking the oceanfront. The furniture and bedding were at home comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. There were not any beach chairs, umbrella, or water accessories. I hope the new owners consider making these available for future guests, as these were the only items lacking for a perfect getaway. The elevator was slow (not the fault of the Owners), however, it made for fun conversation with other guests! The 4-star rating for location is a reflection of the lack of restaurants in walking distance to the Sand Dollar.

We stay at the Sand Dollar at least 1-2 times a year. The staff is great the condos are great and I love the beach there. Many great places to eat and enjoy while in the area.

Sand Dollar was the PERFECT family getaway for us. The building is right on the beach and the facility is clean and well maintained. This area is quieter so you aren't running into partying and crowds. The water is clear and warm and we even saw sting rays multiple days. Management/staff here are friendly and accommodating. We have three young kids and this was a great place to stay for ease and relaxation. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Our first time at Sand Dollar#502 was a wonderful experience! The unit was HUGE and extremely clean and well appointed. Everything worked as it should and this unit even has a washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. Also, there was no noise from other units. The view was incredible and the grounds are well kept. It is a short drive to Johns Pass and other We had a great time and looking forward to returning!

The condo was decorated beautifully & comfortable. We did not receive any bar soaps for the bathrooms. The TV in each room did not come on. Had to have assistance from front desk but the one in second bedroom never came on. The views from balcony were amazing with some gorgeous sunsets.

We had stayed at Sand Dollar by JC Resorts over 20 years ago and always liked it. It is still standing and we still like it. If you want lots of amenities like gyms, concierge, water slides, this is not the place. If you like a big beach, clean pool, nice size rooms, and less traffic to deal with, consider Sand Dollar. Indian Shores is located South of Clearwater and North of Treasure Island. The beach is less crowded there. We found 3 restaurants within about 2 miles, with Broke N Bored 1/2 mile out and our favorite for lunch. With Covid still going on, it was nice to get away in a nice, quiet place. Room 502 is spacious, love the big couch, located on the South end of the building with more windows and light, quite a few books to borrow for beach reading, great kitchen, calming colors, and nicely decorated. The clothes washer needs replaced or fixed due to sounding like a helicopter during the spin cycle, but we let JC know and they sent maintenance up. The owner will need to decide whether to fix or replace. The pool area and the green areas, there were people taking care of these spaces every day. We stayed on the beach, but the pool was a good temp and was clean. Nice place to stay.
