Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 412 is a SILVER Tier three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf View vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor (North East Corner) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Side View balcony with lots of windows to brighten your day. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy our tropical climate!

Vacation rental 412 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 412 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 412 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Our recent stay at Sand Dollar was great! The location was perfect - right along the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. It is also an easy ride from Tampa airport. The rental unit was extremely clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools you could need. Beach towels were available along with beach chairs and coolers. No need to bring lots of clothes because a washer and dryer are in the unit.The property was doing some renovations due to last year's hurricane, yet there was nothing that got in the way of access to the pool, hot tub and beach. The pool is a saltwater pool and it's wonderful!The staff here is amazing and always ready to help. Highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing stay at Sand Dollar! The unit we stayed in was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Would highly recommend staying here. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and other activities. Beach was great, very clean. The ladies at the office were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Love it here!!!

I first came to Sand Dollar to visit my parents when they rented here in the 1990's and early 2000's. At times, my 3 children were also able to visit. I recently rented the same condo unit that my parents rented every year. One of my daughters was able to visit, along with my 2 granddaughters. My daughter told me that my granddaughters would have wonderful memories, just as she did 30 years or so ago. The rental manager Holly had fond memories of my parents. Thank you Holly, Annette, and all the staff at Sand Dollar so much for making this experience a memorable one for myself, my significant other, daughter, and granddaughters. We will be back next year, and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you again!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed here & we had a blast. I cannot wait till next year when we can stay here again for our yearly friends getaway! Between the friendly staff, clean property, location & much more, it was well worth the money.

I have been staying with JC Resorts since 1995 and began bringing a group of golfers to the Sand Dollar around 1997 every fall for a few days of golf and R&R. The golfers fly in from the Midwest and Canada and keep signing up every year for the next trip. The condos are great and the staff takes good care of us.

The Sand Dollar is a great resort for time at the beach and close enough to other venues and restaurants to compliment your vacation . Our group has been coming to the resort for over 20 years. The staff are first class, the condo is well appointed. We have requested this unit now for several years and have always been happy with it.
