The Sand Dollar is the perfect place to visit. The pool & hot tub are amazing after a full day on the beautiful beach enjoying the warm, Gulf water. The condo units are huge and can accommodate a lot of people. It's especially nice having 2 full bathrooms. Unit #407 did not disappoint. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We also found plenty of beach chairs and a cabana for our use. The ladies that handle the front desk in the lobby are fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful - always cheerful.This was our second visit and we were so happy to see how much they have been able to build back after the hurricane. They are doing a wonderful job repairing the grounds, planting new things and making the property beautiful. Well done!

I have been going to Sand Dollar for 13 years or so. the unit is always clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The unit owner is also very thoughtful and attentive to renters. Wonderful place to stay.

Overall our stay was good,except for the following: 1. The vacuum still was not replaced. The wheel is missing. I reported this situation last year. 2. The noise from 507 is annoying. We hear (in 407)when furniture is moved around. I suggested last year that cushions be attached to the legs of the furniture to reduce the noise. 3. Shower curtain rings should replaced in the second bathroom. 4. Air conditioner filter should be replaced more frequently. 5. The front desk personnel are exceptional. They are always helpful and professional.

I've been coming here for 13 years. The location is good for restaurants, shopping, and activities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The unit is clean and equipped with all you need. if something is needed, the staff can usually get it, or fix it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar 407. Our favorite thing to do was to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while admiring the view of the beach. My nephew likes to fish, so the private pier on the property was a great option for him as well as the park across the street. We definitely would consider coming back to Sand Dollar.

It was a very good stay with the exception of the AC problem in 407. But we were outside most of the time , and that didn't hurt much.

We love the location and the people in the office(Holly and Annette). We left a list of items we believe would be of help during our stay- a replacement vacuum, replacement of shower liner to address the mildew, cushions on the furniture in condo 507 to deal with the noise offurniture that is moved and creates annoying scraping on the floor, clean mops and brooms. The cabinet in the kitchen should be repaired. Don't know what is the responsibility of JC or the owner of the condo.

Very enjoyable experience. Would certainly recommend the unit where we stayed. Had a maintenance question and the man was there within an hour to fix the problem. Great view of the Gulf with easy access. Enjoyed Keegan's, Crabby Bills and Salt Rock Grill for eating.

Enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the same condo (407) for years. The staff at the condo is responsive and helpful.. I would like to see that the furniture in all condos have cushions on the legs to reduce the scraping noice that occurs when furniture is moved. Also, I question the need for wristbands and their effectiveness. The cost of replacing the wristbands seems to be excessive. A $20.00 fee is high especially in light of what we will be paying in 2023.

This was a fantastic location and a great property. The condo was clean and well maintained. No bugs, friendly, helpful staff and beautiful view. The trolley was perfect for our needs and when not, we ubered. No car needed. Using the key after hours to get into main lobby seemed to be a problem for all of the guests. But other than that, no complaints. Would definitely come back here and highly recommend it!

Very nice location. Staff were extremely helpful. We have been staying at the Sand Dollar for 8 years and looking forward to our 9th in 2022.
