Sand Dollar 311

We had a wonderful week over Thanksgiving. The rental was beautifully decorated with thoughtful, stylish decor that made the space feel welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and made check-in effortless. The views were amazing, and we enjoyed a wide, clean shoreline, warm water, and a great pool area complete with a hot tub.We spent the week with four teenagers (ages 15-19), and the amenities kept everyone happy. They loved the beach, pool, and hot tub, and we appreciated having a safe, fun place for them to unwind. The location was ideal. It's an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and great access to John's Pass and John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. We also enjoyed exploring the area, especially the convenience of being so close to local dining and activities.The rental was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable holiday week. We would absolutely rent here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a great beach getaway with an unbeatable view and location.

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. We love the Sand Dollar so much and have been many times. Each time, the condo is clean, well equipped and spacious. This condo was, no different. We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and beach towels to add to our enjoyment of the beach.Every year, our vacation begins with the friendly women at the front desk to check you in. This year, somehow I left my personal planner in one of the drawers in the condo and travelled home to Canada without it. This planner has my whole life in it so I panicked when I realized it was still in the condo. I called Annette at the front desk from Ontario, in a panic, to see what she could do to help. Within a day she had gotten back to me to let me know they had it and would be mailing it back to me. It arrived a few days later and Annette even followed up to ensure I had received it. Before she sent it back, she took a picture of the page for the present month and sent it via text so that I would know what I was doing at least until the package arrived.Thank you Annette and the other efficient and warm front desk staff.Heather Klein and Family

Dealt with construction the first 3 wks. as they workedon getting the pool and hot tub opened due to the damage caused by the 2 Hurricanes.

Overall a great location and very nice condo experience. Will definitely return in the future!Great beach and pool access Our adult children wished the complex had a workout room.Only two comments about the condo: 1st - master bedroom mattress pillow top, in my opinion, should be replaced or replace the mattress itself. 2nd - dryer buzzer is extremely loud and unable to silence, so it is inconvenient if wanted to finish laundry before going to bed. But having a washer/dryer in the condo is a must have for our family so maybe just make a note to renters about the loud buzzer.OVERALL a great area, complex and condo!!

We all enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. The stove needs replacing and the frame around the bed in the back bedroom is dangerous. The pointed corners protrude so much that you have to be very careful turning the corners because you could knock out your knee caps.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful accommodations, easy to have a great time at the beach, at the pool, local entertainment. We stayed in 311 which is on the end of the building with a balcony overlooking the beach which was an incredible feature. The condo was packed full of useful items (that aren't guaranteed to be there) such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Some of the TVs allow you log into your streaming services which is really nice. I'll list a few things that didn't really adversely affect our stay at all but may be something you care about. We had some minor issues around the condo with the items. The kitchen faucet sprayer was acting funny. The maintenance person came promptly to look at it but it was working well enough that we didn't want to have someone there replacing it during our stay even though I'm sure they would have if we asked. The TVs and TV remotes were a little finicky at times. I replaced the batteries on them and they were still a little finicky. One of the stove burners was wobbly. All-in-all none of these adversely affected our stay and I'm only mentioning them here so I don't mislead anyone to think everything was perfect. The last thing is that there is one elevator for the building (2 staircases) and it isn't fast. If there were one thing this place could invest in would be a second (modern, large, fast) elevator on the other side of the property and it would be a huge upgrade!!In summary, we would 100% stay here again. Despite the few minor things, the location, staff, cleanliness, conveniences are all perfect for me and my family.

We stayed in condo 311 for 2 weeks. This property was so beautiful. The pictures are exactly as it looked as sometimes you can be disappointed once you arrive at your rental. The kitchen was well equipped . Beach towels and chairs for the beach were provided. The management company was in the lobby for any questions and provided friendly support when needed. The pool and hot tub area were excellent. There were plenty of hibachi type BBQ's available for use in a nicely shaded area with covered picnic tables. The beach is private to the Sand Dollar condo along with the pier. The water was crystal clear and many days were spent lounging on the beach. Would highly recommend until 311...did I mention it was a corner unit also. We will be back!!!

Relaxing and fun. Met nice people! Condo was comfortable and decorated in fun Floridian decor! We couldn't not get tv to work but didn't realize we could have contacted maintenance for that. So don't forget that if you need something. Nice walks on beach. Very quiet for month of March. Pool and hot tub perfect. Bbq uses charcoal so fyi plan ahead! No complaints. Great weather. Walk to some restaurant. Family friendly for sure. Maintenance work caused little disruption. Perfect FRONT DESK LADIES OUTSTANDING. Annett sweetheart!

Loved this beachy unit. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and well maintained. Owner provided everything needed for a wonderful stay...books, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys etc. Minor item missing was a full length mirror. Great unit, would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time at the resort! As usual the front desk staff was amazing!!! When we asked for directions to places I was not familiar with, they happily gave us very precise driving instructions! My daughters were very impressed! It was their first time down to the condo!Hope to return again next Nov.

This area of FL and this particular rental was new to us, so we were cautious of what to expect. The unit had several beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with tupperware which made it great to pack food to go to the beach. The location was convenient to many attractions. The property, in general, we had no complaints on..but every day, multiple times a day we could smell cigarette smoke and/or marijuana from our balcony, which was a big turn off to the peace and tranquility of the balcony.

We have stayed with JC Resorts for many many years. This condo in Sand dollar was definitely one of the most whimsical units we've ever stayed in. We love the way they had it decorated. It brought a smile to your face every time you came in.

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 311. The decor was beachy and fun and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The condo is equipped with everything you could need for your stay including beach towels, tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. I would highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

It was our 1st visit and we enjoyed our stay so much that we will be back! The unit is for sale so I hope the new owners will rent to JC in the future. The condo was extremely clean and colorful. The carpet needs replaced and the kitchen cabinets need repainted but that's all cosmetic stuff. Loved the colorful adirondack chairs on the patio because they were not tall so short people sit comfortably in them. The elevator is super slow even outside of check in and check out times but my husband talked to a homeowner in the elevator and it is a known issue. The salt water pool is a huge bonus and the private pier.

Sand Dollar 311 was the perfect ocean front condo for our family of 6! The interior decor was excellent. The chairs on the front balcony made for a great observation platform for our morning coffee while watching the many Dolphins up and down the shore line. The only change we would like to see is that the beds in the 2nd bedroom would be queen size rather than full.

We had the BEST time! The condo we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. We loved being so close to the beach but with a nice pool. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to parks, ice cream and food. The weather was amazing and had SO much fun!! We will be back.

Been coming to Sandollar for many years. We have occupied various units, and they are all basically the same. With the exception of the decorating and the appliances. Unit 311 is filled with fun beachy decorations that we enjoy. This is our second year in that unit, and the only real complaint is they need to get a new kitchen range. It's old style and likely to burn your food if you don't move the pans off the burner when you shut it off. The building in general is fine with great views of the golf. This building has a single elevator, which is crowded during the day. It is not unusual to wait at least five minutes for the elevator. Since the coronavirus, the rooms are not cleaned during the stay as they used to be. Masks must be worn on the elevator, and wristbands are now required. The increase in prices of the units does not reflect the loss of these services.

This was our first time traveling to this area and staying at the sand dollar. We were so happy with our room 311. The space is decorated to make us feel like we are in the Caribbean with open floor space and bright colors with pops of fun beach wall decor. The unit had everything we needed in an easy to find manner complete with labeled switches. Everything was in working order and unit was clean. The only complaint was that the floors are filthy and need a good washing as if we walked barefoot inside our feet would turn black. The beach, hot tub and pool were all maintained and clean. We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it.
