Condo was just as expected. Really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler. Amenities of building are excellent. Friendly and well kept. We would absolutely stay here again.

Since 2018 Sand Dollar Resort has been one of our Vacation destinations and it'll continue being. Our family always get a good time there, good people, beautiful views, clean and quiet place. Definitely we'll continue going.

Nice stay - staff and cleaning were great. Comments:1. 2nd bathroom - sink needed work - would not drain quickly.2. Nice rental - but needs updating in the kitchen. Living room couches very uncomfortable.3. General comment the pool and hot-tub were very busy for both weeks. Also hard to find any chairs.

The stay was very pleasant, the only reason I gave a 3 star for the properties general condition was because the pool,hot tub and pier were not available. (Which we knew in advance). This was due to recent hurricanes 2024, and no fault of the property. Repairs to the pool and hot tub were underway. The pier is to be replaced in the future.Overall the stay was great, but I personally really missed having the pier to due some fishing. It was great to walk the beach.

We so enjoyed unit 302. Super clean, fully equipped and very comfortable! Being a corner unit, it gives you those extra views and an awesome balcony! Check-in & out was flawless and the frontdesk staff were pleasant and responsive to our needs. Pool and grounds are also well maintained.

We have traveled back to Sand Dollar for the past 7 years. Our family love the individual condos and the beach just out your door. Fantastic views of the Gulf from every condo. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Great place to visit with many restaurants all around.

This beautiful and quiet place has been my family paradise vacation for 6 years. We stop when the covid and now we return again and still we enjoy this place like the first time, the beach, the sunset, the fishing time, all the peoples at the front desk always very profesional and friendly, the apartments cleaning and confortable, etc. My family love this place.

We have stayed at the Sand Dollar and Other locations managed by JC Resorts and have never been disappointed. Rental unit 302 was outstanding. It came with all the amenities of home and then some. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. We will return soon.

This was our first time staying at the Sand Dollar - we usually are at Holiday Villas II. I can 100% say I would love to come stay at the Sand Dollar again! Love that the pool was beach side and had it's own small pier. Front desk was very helpful with needs. My only downside is the elevator can be rather slow, but that's my only issue!

I absolutely loved this condo rental. It was directly on the beach with a pool and hot tub to compliment our stay! The unit was clean and equipped with even more than we expected. We loved the extra beach items such as chairs and towels.I forgot a couple of items at the store and when I looked in the pantry it was full of seasonings, coffee and miscellaneous items I needed. We will definitely stay here again. I do recommend air or ventilation in the elevator it's was so suffocating.

Returning customers to Sand Dollar and had a wonderful stay once again! Property was clean and well kept. Seen personnel constantly up-keeping the property, grounds and pool( sparkling clean)! Our unit 302 was beautiful. Owners gave every attention to details. Furniture and beddings were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Sunsets were so beautiful on the balcony with nice seating. Front office staffs were so extremely kind and welcoming whichever makes it so easy to want to return which we definitely will!

We have been visiting the Sand Dollar vacation condos for over 25+ years and we have always had an enjoyable experience. The condominiums are clean and well appointed. With the beach and private pier, beach walks and/or fishing off the end of the pier are must do The pool area and grounds are clean and well maintained. The heated salt water pool is warm and the hot tub provides a great opportunity to relax. The staff at the condo complex go out of their way to make the vacation experience for all guests a positive experience. A shout out to Holly, Annette and Jason who are truly excellent at what they do and one of the main reasons the Sand Dollar is such a great place to stay. Their personal touch makes us feel like we are coming home every year.

We enjoyed our SECOND STAY in Sand Dollar 302 in November of 2022 during Tropical Storm Nicole. This condo was very secure and we were not fearful. #302 is very comfortable and new updates are added each year. The internet had no disruption and we enjoyed many Youtube videos during the storm. The furniture on the balcony allowed us to enjoy our meal watching the sunset. A slight plumbing need arose and the staff reported swiftly and completed the repair. We will return!!

Our condo was spectacular! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. The space was clean and had everything we needed to cook in when we needed. There was also a good supply of beach equipment that was AMAZING, so that we did not need to purchase anything just to leave behind at the end of the week. Pool was always clean and never super crowded. If there is any complaint to give, it is the elevator.. It was a pain to wait for, but such a small inconvenience for an amazing location and unit.

JC Resort has always been accommodating. We have been visiting this resort for several years. We found the unit "ok" but believe it needs some updating particularly the size of the washrooms. The master room door hits into the bathroom door which was annoying. The balcony is one of the smaller ones so we had to move an outdoor chair away as there was too much furniture out there for 4 people. The location of the unit is good as it's an end unit.

As always another wonderful stay with the Crew at Sand Dollar Resort... I really should not tell everyone how good they are, it will get completely booked up and no room at the Inn... Wonderful experience, people are great and apartments are wonderful... Enjoy!

SUPER CLEAN!! Top quality and well maintained furniture and all kitchen equipment & supplies plentiful. Quick TV connections with multiple choices on cable or movies. In unit washer & dryer a big Plus. Ease in transportation options using Trolly and access to Park Ave. bridge. Amazing views from balcony overlooking beach and activities on pier. Corner unit good location. Management stood behind all contract phases. Easy check-in and check-out Office staff knowledgeable and pleasant.

Location and condo were great with some minor issues. The cleaning crew wasn't great. The tile floors were filthy. When you walked across them your feet were black so you had to wear shoes all the time. We were with 2 other families and they had the same issue. Apparently the floors are not "cleaned" just vacuumed not mopped otherwise your feet wouldn't turn black on the bottom! It was like that from the time we stepped foot in the condo!! That part was gross!! The bathrooms weren't cleaned well either. Hair from previous guests, dirt around the faucets, filthy tile, etc. Otherwise the property was great just need to be more thorough with condo cleanliness.

We had a great time. After the past 12 months of lockdowns and concerns over the virus it was a much needed vacation. The staff were great! Everyone staying there abided by the rules for masks and social distancing. Felt safe when we went out to eat at restaurants. Only regret is that we didn't come sooner!

Weather was great. The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The Condo had everything we needed. I would recommend that liquid dish soap be put in the condo for washing pots and pans. This is our 2nd time here at the Sand Dollar and we will be back!
