Have stayed at Sand Dollar for 10 years. First time in 203. Main disappointment was the palm tree obstructing views of sunsets. Still beautiful view of beach. Kitchen lacked some cooking supplies(baking dish's, small pots,pot holders). Front desk quickly got needed kitchen supplies. Will be returning next year but different unit with better unobstructed view of sunsets. See you next year.

This was our 4th year at Sand Dollar. As always we were very pleased with the unit. We had a bit of trouble with the refrigerator but it was promptly taken care of. The outdoor furniture had plenty of seating and was really comfortable, which is important to us. Everyone on the property was very nice and happy to be of help, the front desk especially. All the ladies were really friendly and helpful. We were there when they closed the beach to grate the sand but it wasn't too in convenient. They did cut down the palm tree next to the pier. We will miss it! Overall, great vacation, thank you for everything Holly

We were extremely pleased with the condo and very impressed with the staff! They were very friendly and responsive to our needs! Only gave a 4 for the condo was that it could have been a llittle better stocked with dishes. Quite a mishmash set! We loved the place, location, and view! Would rent again!

We loved our stay and the fact the 3 bedroom condo accommodated our family of 8 adults. Beautiful location on the beach and less crowded than other places we have visited, yet close enough to whatever we needed.

We have rented at the Sand Dollar for about 30 years. We are always happy. Units are well maintained and clean. Excellent location on the beach. We have already reserved a unit for next year. Lots of good restaurants in the area if you don't want to cook in the unit or grill outside.

Our family had a great time! The location and staff were amazing but this unit needs attention. This is the first time I've come to Florida and was disappointed in a condo. There are electrical sockets that don't work, lights that don't work, a king size bed that makes so much noise when you get in and out of it, that you wake the other person up. a nasty rug in the living room that needs to be replaced, beat up tables in the living room, dirty material on the dining room chairs, TVs that you couldn't figure out how to turn on in two of the bedrooms and the unit didn't feel clean when we walked in. The hot tub was pretty hot and could be turned down a little bit. The beach was awesome and the pool was very nice!! I would definitely return to this property but stay in a different condo! The groundskeeper did a fantastic job of keeping the property clean! I would recommend the San dollar, but not the unit we stayed in!!

We have been to the Sand Dollar for many years and just love the beach and the location. This condo was one of the best. It had everything we needed and more. The balcony furniture was perfect enough comfortable seating for all of us. Wil definitely be returning

Everything was great except for the inconvenience with the water leak we dealt with for 4 days of the 7.We have been to the area a lot over the past years and still plan on spending many more at your location.

The property description was accurate. The layout was fantastic. It is very well maintained and clean. It was nicely decorated with many updates. I would definitely recommend it to friend and relatives. Close to many great restaurants.

Sand Dollar #203 is a wonderful second floor condo. It is very close to the stairs and elevator. We vacation at Sand Dollar every year and have found our favorite condo! The floor plan and amenities provided are wonderful. The owners even provide beach chairs and towels for you to use. This unit also has a nice washer & dryer in the condo for use. The staff at the Sand Dollar are always wonderful, friendly, and accommodating for whatever you need. The salt water pool and jacuzzi are nice to have right by the beach. See you in 2024 Sand Dollar!

Always a pleasure staying at the Sand Dollar. Bathrooms could use some updating with regard to the shower four and the condition of the Mai. Bathtub and it's doors. Need fans in all bedrooms. Kitchen needs more smaller cooking pots. There should be some delivery of fresh linens and towels midway thru a two week stay

Overall a great experience as always! Staff is great. Love the keypad update. It would be great to see some new furniture by the pool, a lot of the chairs are in bad shape! As far as my particular unit some new patio furniture would be great. I didn't feel that we utilized the patio for that reason. A few rugs in the units would also be nice.

We regularly stay at Sand Dollar in Indian Shores. We love the area, the location, the building, and the building management. We love that the area is quiet and has a small town feel to it. We love our walk down to the Indian Shores Coffee Shop every morning where we meet our friends and often make new friends. We love our daily walks along the beach. We love having our meals on our balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and those fabulous sunsets. It's all pretty perfect!

Nice property but could use a few updates. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Bottom tray was always off the tracks. Beautiful balcony but furniture was cheap and table had seen better days.

Great property close to Clearwater and St Pete. Spacious rooms and large beds to easily accommodate 8. It was great to have private beach access and pier. Staff was super helpful with any questions or needs. The one elevator tied up coming and going. Thankfully we were on the second floor and didn't mind stairs.

The staff was very friendly. The resort is well maintained. All needs were looked after by Holly and her staff including technical support to watch my game. Always a pleasant experience as this is our 4th visiting last 6 years. Covid years we were unable to attend.

Overall, we had an excellent time staying at Sand Dollar 203.The location and views from the balcony were excellent!The grounds were well-maintained, and the pool was always very clean.We appreciated the outdoor shower and the outdoor bathrooms by the pool area.The gals at the reservation desk were very friendly and welcoming.The condo itself:Was spacious and had great furniture and nice cabinets, flooring, countertops, and decorationsLoved the full-size washer and dryerLoved the sunsets from the balcony!Loved the table with enough seating for our party of seven.Loved that the kitchen had all the dishes we needed. We cooked a lot, and there was a great selection of large pans, knives, bowls, large cutting boards, etc. Better selection than we have ever had at a rental!Things to know:-Two of the three bedrooms have windows that face inside the shared condo entrance. Meaning, that your view is of the other condo entrances, and you will not want your windows open since strangers may be walking past.Things to improve:-The condo needs an overall maintenance check upThe towel rack in the guest bathroom was falling off.The shower door in the master bath was very difficult to move.The air filter was dirty, but was replaced by day two.The TV remotes need new batteriesSeveral doors were very squeakyThe guest room that we stayed in was very dusty on the ceiling fan and behind the bed, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. (Although our friends loved the bed in the master bedroom.)Both bathroom fans were very noisy.The doorknob on the guest bath needs to be replaced. It has a weird locking mechanism that makes it very difficult to open, especially for young kids.Overall, if you are staying in the master room, you will probably have an amazing experience. If you are staying in one of the guest rooms, you may be a bit more grumpy when you are in your

Great location. Sand Dollar was in good condition. Seemed to have new floors and fixtures. Appliances could use an update. Dishwasher stopped working and microwave had some issues. Was very close to beach and pool. Had a great time. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our 12th stay with our entire family since the year 2000. We keep returning because the condo is roomy. The easy access to the beach, the pool, and the hot tub very convenient. It is so easy for families to spend time together while relaxing at the beach. My family agrees that it is the best beach experience, with soft, white sand, and beautiful, clear water. We will be back in 2024.

We enjoyed a lovely week in Indian Shores. Sand Dollar 203 was a nice condo. For the most part we had everything we needed for our week's stay! The JC Rental staff was always helpful when needed. One thing I would suggest is an update to the balcony furniture. There were only 4 good chairs and a table that is a little large for the balcony depth. (There were 7 of us so we could not all sit down at the same time). But that did not deter us from enjoying the balcony and the view. We enjoyed the pool and beach all week long. We would definitely consider staying at this property again!

We stayed at this vacation rental for 3 years and I love the location, the neat and clean unit, the washer and dryer, the heated pool and hot tub! The view of the ocean is beautiful. We did have a palm tree directly in our view on the 2nd level so you may want to go up one more level but it made for awesome photos when the sun set. The staff helped us get discounted Busch Garden tickets and saved us a ton. It's clean and offers great shower water pressure. Book your visit today!

The oceanfront view with a fishing pier on the property was spectacular and the customer service couldn't have been better. We love seeing Florida Botanical Gardens and The Sunken Gardens. PJs Oyster House and Sea Breeze Restaurant nearby were favorites also. Trolley service along Gulf Blvd. and downtown were very dependable too.

2nd time staying in 203 at Sand Dollar and loved it again! Great accommodations and ability to make our own meals during covid was a plus. Love hearing and seeing the ocean every minute of the day.
