Sand Dollar 109

Loved having staff onsite. The staff was so kind and offered great suggestions for us. The condo was nicely equipped.

Overall it was pretty good,there were a couple of things they could fix. The air vents were very dirty, the floor wasn't washed or sweeped.The washer was covered in mold. The cleanliness is the only problem with this resort. Otherwise it's a lovely place to stay, very close to the beach with an awesome view.

We have been enjoying our annual visits to the Sand Dollar for quite a few years now - our grandchildren were babies and now young adults! We LOVE the pier and enjoy sitting under it and by it. We have had the same unit now for a few years - we love the decor, the great kitchen island, and also like being on the first floor so we can run up and down to the beach. Liked the new lock system on the room and gate to the beach. BTW love the new color of the building - new sand dollar sign - building looks well maintained.

JC Resorts is awesome to rent from. Very accommodating ! Annette in the office is awesome! Unit 109 is extremely nice! Had beach chairs, ( small) but great for sitting in the sand by the gulf! This is our second year at Sand dollar! We will be back! Only thing the guests above us were pretty loud this year ! But that's to be expected when you have people above you !

We book every year it's the perfect location the resort property is located right on the gulf with its own fishing pier Rm 109 was completely renovated beautiful room very clean. Only complaint this year was the pool area had to many people that didn't belong the rental office didn't seem to care just maybe next year they will have it monitored better they are working on updating access points all and all it's a perfect location

Perfect location. Literally steps to the ocean. Vibe of other guests is exactly the calm relaxing experience we were looking for. There is a trolley that runs up and down Gulf Blvd., and this is also a HUGE Uber/Lyft area. All the better.

The condo has recently been updated and is beautiful. It came complete with all the amenities we needed for a fantastic week. While our view was phenomenal, since we were closer to the pool than we have been in the past, we noticed that it could be a little noisier on the balcony. We have been coming to the Sand Dollar for 15 plus years and recently discovered unit 109 which has a Friday check-in which we like and it is also a beautiful unit - well stocked - well located on the first floor since we run up and down the stairs all day to get things we have forgotten!!! I also like that this unit is located near the hot tub and pool so we can watch children/teens in the pool. Best of all is the pier that we sit under for shade from the sun!!!!!

I missed having a gas stove but I don't think any of the units do. The pool and sauna area is cleaned several times daily. We tend to use the beach more often. Why wouldn't you! The private fishing pier and BBQ area are added bonuses! Talk about location; so many restaurants and shops in all directions. Holly in guest services is amazing. We were able to check in early in less than 5 minutes. This is our go to place in Florida!

Holly, in Guest Services, always makes sure we have everything we need, makes check in a "breeze", and always has a smile on her face. We stayed in Unit 109 this time, and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The décor is very pretty and welcoming/inviting, the beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were at a 5-star resort!!! Will always come back to visit Sand Dollar when we want to be in Florida.

Had a great time staying there. Nice layout.109 needs a little TLC inside. Couches uncomfortable. Ice maker works but doesn't dispense, 2 of 3 cable tv remotes need replacing, only one side of toaster works, floors need to be cleaned (mopped) after each tenant. Would come back but to a different unit next time

I wish there would have been a few supplies there which would make it much more convenient for a guest. For instance, a couple pods of laundry detergent, some aluminum foil, a couple spices, a clean, new sponge... I can't imagine it would cost more than $10 per stay and would be so much easier on your guests. The hot tub was right below the balcony and the ocean view was fantastic. This is a newly decorated unit that is one of the nicest we've stayed at at the Sandollar. We loved everything about it. It's really being picky, but the sofas were very mushy making them hard to get off of.

This unit was beautifully decorated! (The couch does have a low spot in it - but otherwise great). Pool and hot tub well maintained. One of my favorite things - There are two person beach cabanas placed on the Sand Dollar’s beach you can rent from a local vendor daily or weekly. The office personnel are very kind and helpful! I will definitely be going back.

For the most part the unit was wonderful. It was modernized, the open concept is nothing that we have experienced in other condo rentals. Being on the first floor was nice so that we could use the stairs instead of the elevator. The only issue we had was the one couch was very uncomfortable, you could tell that the cushions were used and not firm, you would slide back. But overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

We have been visiting the Sand Dollar for 3 decades now. 109 is the nicest condo we have rented. Updated kitchen and furnishings. I missed having a gas stove but I don't think any of the units do. The pool and sauna area is cleaned several times daily. We tend to use the beach more often. Why wouldn't you! The private fishing pier and BBQ area are added bonuses! Talk about location; so many restaurants and shops in all directions. Holly in guest services is amazing. We were able to check in early in less than 5 minutes. This is our go to place in Florida!

Excellent place to atay. We had rented another unit, but the unit we rented was being repaired so they put us on another unit for a free upgrade. Definitely will be returning.

We have been renting for years at Sand Dollar, but 109 is the most beautiful condominium in the entire building. Remodeled and decorated very tastefully

We THOUROUGHLY enjoyed our stay this time!! We have been staying at The Sand Dollar the last few years we have been on vacation. The pool and beach area are always clean, the property is always clean and well manicured, the staff are very friendly, and the location is perfect!! Holly, in Guest Services, always makes sure we have everything we need, makes check in a "breeze", and always has a smile on her face. We stayed in Unit 109 this time, and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The décor is very pretty and welcoming/inviting, the beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were at a 5-star resort!!! Will always come back to visit Sand Dollar when we want to be in Florida.

My family and I came into town for my sisters wedding. We rented three rooms at the Sand Dollar. Each room was clean and the rental process was easy. The amenities were always available and the security was comforting.

Fab, renovated condo with amazing views of the beach, pool, etc. Nicely appointed bedrooms, dream kitchen, easy access to parking (only 1 flight up). Fab clean pool and hot tub. Easy checkin/check out. Great area..not too busy but easy access to restaurants and shopping.
