Sand Dollar 104

It’s all about location with this property!! It is ON the beach and a great unit for two couples or a small family. It’s in a great area with TONS of things to do within short distance. We loved it!!

A great location and the property was well maintained. They have done a remarkable job in recovering from the hurricane. There was still remodeling being done during the day in some condos and the tile removal process was noisy and a little annoying but necessary.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had an amazing time! The place was exactly as described;great location, perfect layout, and stocked with everything we needed (and more).Best part? Watching dolphins and manatees swim by right from the deck. It doesn't get better than that! We'd recommend this place to anyone. already thinking about our next visit. :)

Resort is dated but in great shape. The area was devastated by Helene but most amenities have been restored, and the Sand Dollar is ahead of other resorts in that regard. The staff is excellent (10+) - very friendly, attentive to your needs, and very knowledgeable about the area. We definite Recommend it, and we plan to return.

I really like the condo with only a couple of suggestions. There needs to be a stainless steel fry pan or a cast iron one, I refuse to eat out of those heavy scratched up nonstick ones. Next there isn't a single full length mirror in the condo so for shorties like me, it makes it really hard to get dressed and make sure everything is in order before you leave. There is also a large chefs knife that while using it, the handle separates from the blade. As it happened so easily, I am sure it wasn't the first time.

Very spacious, older unit with a well equipped kitchen. Nice leather living room sofa, loveseat and chair. Sofa has 2 recliners, one on each end. The bedrooms are large with good sized closets. Everything was very clean. We gelt the master bedroom bedding needed updating. We also felt that higher watt light bulbs were needed everywhere except the kitchen. Very low lighting in the living room, master bedroom and bath, and hallways. We loved the balcony furniture and view! The elevator in the complex is old and heavily used because it is the only one. Not a major problem for us as it was not extremely busy when we were there mid May. Overall we enjoyed the unit . The JC Resorts staff is very friendly and helpful!

You would have to go a long way to find a resort that is better run than J. C. Resorts. I have stayed at various locations run by J.C. and have never been disappointed. Condos are clean and comfortable and staff bend over backwards to make your holiday memorable. All around great place to stay.

We've been coming to the Sand Dollar for 11 years now. We've stayed in a lot of different units, 104 has the best view. It's clean, it's well stocked. We had a maintenance issue and Holly was very accommodating, she's very kind! Holly and Anette made sure to keep us informed about the issue. All of the staff is fabulous!!

Our family and friends have been traveling to the Sand Dollar every February for the last 38 years. Every year is as good as the last. The rooms are kept up to date and always clean. The front office staff, Holly and Anette are always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are kept up nicely and the location is perfect.

This condo was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The furnishings were lovely and appeared newer. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We've been coming to this area for 40+ yrs and find JC Resorts to be the best for customer satisfaction!! We could not have asked for anything better!!

We absolutely loved this location on the beach, couldn't have asked for a better spot and view. The ladies who were there at the management company in the lobby are terrific. Very helpful and always there should you need anything. However, the condo itself was dated and needs some TLC. We had some issues during our stay, but the management company helped us with them all. Thanks Holly to you and your entire team! We'll be back next year at another one of your properties.

My husband and I had a great time on our trip, as did our visitors, our daughter, son-in-law and 7 year old grandson, who described our surroundings as "luxurious". The condo was clean and well furnished with everything we needed, including extra beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect with a lovely view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. The pool and hot tub were comfortably warm and very clean. The resort staff could not have been more helpful and even assisted us with making a reservation for next year. We were able to walk to some local restaurants, but drove to others. We also visited the bird sanctuary, John's pass, mini golf and played golf a couple times. Can't wait to go back!

This was our 4th say at Sand Dollar. We have had a great experience every time. We want to keep it a secret however, so that it doesn't get too popular or crowded! For some older folks the stairs and the 1 slow elevator might not be ideal, but for us it's fine. Haha.

Very well maintained large 2 bedroom with massive kitchen island and fabulous deck w a view. We watched dolphin's and pelicans daily. Charcoal grills one level down that residents used daily. The front office ladies were very helpful and efficient. Plenty of parking. All appliances working nicely. Only coffee filters left for use and salt and pepper. So bring or buy locally. A Sam's club 5-10 minutes drive though. 4 beach towels in condo and a few beach toys.

We had an amazing family celebration at the Sand Dollar. Our condo was perfect with everything you needed. The staff is amazing as well and can't do enough for you. Unfortunately we got evacuated due to the Hurricane but we will certainly be back to Sand Dollar in the near future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Room 104 . Was perfect!! Super nice and clean, rooms were big and bathrooms was also..we loved everything about it.. the view is amazing, it was our favorite room yet!!! As usual, the resort was very taken care of and took care of any of our needs! Sand dollar is our favorite place! Can't wait to return!!

We have stayed at the sand Dollar for many years and never been disappointed. They have made some changes this year which have improved our stay. Key pads to get to and from the beach the most noticeable, but also additional lighting by the BBQ. The only negative was there was no changing or refreshing of bedding or towels. So probably OK if you stay for 1 week only. but 20 days it is not acceptable. We were able to get clean sheets/towels after we requested them, but there was no formal process of being change regularly. Also we had to do it ourselves, rather than staff d who did this regularly in the past. However this is really the only negative point we have. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. As always it is how you deal with issues is the difference between good and bad experience. At the Sand Dollar we always have the best experience. Already booked again for next year.

Very comfortable condo. Recliners in the living room and comfortable deck furniture.The only negative was the carpeting. I know it is hard to keep it clean in a rental, but dirty carpeting is the first thing you notice when you enter. Suggest tile flooring with area rugs.

The Sand Dollar is a perfect beach escape! We enjoyed 8 amazing nights at the Sand Dollar, enjoying the beach and balcony every day! We loved the location! I would recommend renting from JC Resort Management - they do an excellent job!

Very organized and friendly admin staff. In these times of poor to non-existent customer service, the folks we have dealt with for each of our 3 past visits have been great. Also, so far our units have been clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and kitchens very-well equipped.

not that great due to red tide, staff was nice but the condo did nt have enough pots to cook in and the sofas are in bad shape. condo was not that clean either, food crumbs on the sofa and kitchen was not that clean.

Condo was nicely located on the 1st floor close to the staircase. Nice location away from the busy pool end of the building. Plenty of seating on the patio and beautiful furnishings in the condo.

We had a last minute opportunity to spend several days with visiting family at the beach. Since we always stay at the Sand Dollar we called to inquire about a stay shorter than 7 days. Working with Annette and Holly they were able to meet our needs - which meant for us - another wonderful experience at the Sand Dollar. Thank you from our family.
