The pots and pans do need to be replaced, especially the skillet. We have been coming to this condo for about 10 years in a row and plan to come back next year. It works well for our family and we really like it. We really missed the pool being open this year but hopefully everything will be open again soon.

We rented this 3/3 unit the middle June and had a great time. Appliances and some of the furniture have been updated so that was a nice surprise. My only involvement with the office staff was checking in and returning the spare key - both pleasant experiences. The elevator is quite busy - be prepared to wait during peak beach times.

Love this condo have stayed several times. I will say the showers and living room furnishings could use an upgrade and I did pull out a utensil that was dirty. Loved the beds and balcony furniture all very comfortable. The pool is really small for all those units, gets very crowded. All being said, had a great time and hope to return.

Ram Sea #614 is in a terrific location both in the building 2 & easy to get to retail/restaurants! There is no other condo above you or on 1 side of you; Nice having the JC Resorts office on-site. Unfortunately, the condo missed a prior planned refurbishment date and, the carpet, paint and bathrooms are badly in need of that update--I am told, now, planned for May, 2024. I am hopeful this does happen as planned because of the great location of the unit. If the owner skips the refurbishment again, I would not recommend renting this unit. Also, the outside work on Building 1 was not completed in December, 2023 causing continued noise from the grinders/workers and, closing of the hot tub. With the 10 days cooler weather in earlier February, it would have been nice to have the hot tub. There has not been given a date when the workers will be done and gone. JC Resort Mgmt. did provide a discount due to the issues which was decent of them & appreciated.

Christmas trip, our condo unit had a couple of problems with plumbing. Overall a nice clean place, great location with beautiful views!

My family had a great time in this condo. It was very close to lots of good food. The tiki bar and jet ski rentals next door were great. Get the Dirty Banana ! We rented a paddle board for a hour and I floated over a pair of manatees. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space.

Large condo but perfect size for 5 people. So helpful to have washer and dryer. Location and proximity to beach was ideal. Would highly recommend Beach Pizza close by and the daily ice cream truck was super fun for everyone! The unit carpet desperately needs to go!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is on a quieter stretch of Gulf Blvd but still close to dining, bars, shopping, groceries, John's Pass. Spacious and because it is the top floor, we never heard any other noise than the sea birds and surf. Really enjoyable. Would highly recommend JC Resort Management for a future stay. Interior of the condo needs a little light updating but nothing major. Management company was super friendly and helpful.
