Ram Sea 512

We are a family of 8 and had a wonderful week in this condo. Plenty of space for all of us. The view was perfect. My only real issue was the smell of marijuana on the balcony next door ALL WEEK-ALL DAY!The management company was a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. We would definitely rent from them again.

The unit was great however, the patio furniture is in need of replacement (rusty and dangerous). There is a need for sharp knifes and more cutlery. Overall a good experience.

We enjoyed staying in North Reddington Beach. We were close to restaurants and shops. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. Our condo at Ramsea had everything we needed. The office staff was friendly and had everything ready upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

we have been coming to ramsea the week of 4th of july for over 25 years. we love the access to the beach chairs. we were somewhat satisfied with our stay. undestanding the age of the condos, the owners should also. a little modernizing is not a bad thing. like a keurig- more efficient. upgrade pots and pans, bowls and utensils. the upgrades of flooring and bathrooms are great. keep going. we always recommend the ramsea because of the staff, they are great- Pam,Marilyn and team. with the upgrade the double tree has done it would help you all to have the owners upgrade especially for the price.

Condo was roomy and living room nice. but could use some updating especially kitchen. Needs handrail in shower. Needed to be cleaned better and additional cleaning supplies, had broom, but no dustpan. And some newer beach items older and one chair broken. But as I said overall we enjoyed our visit. Office staff very helpful and courteous.

My family and I have been staying ~ once a year at Ram Sea for quite a few years now and just got back from our latest stay, this time in condo 512. the condo was in great shape and everything went as planned. One suggestion: we like the hard surface flooring, but the entrance could use a carpet or rug to wipe off sand.

This is probably our 15th stay in a RamSea unit. We felt it was probably the least amazing of all of the ones we have stayed in. The overall property is wonderful. Being on the beach is amazing. But there were just a few interior items that we noticed. Overall, the unit is a bit tired, living room furniture, a little old and worn. The shower curtains need to be done a little bit differently. The shower and bath tub in the two bathrooms are very tight and the shower curtain flies in on you and sticks to you the entire time you try to shower. The mattress pads on all of the beds need to be updated, except for one. There was one that worked fine. Otherwise, they came off every night. It was very annoying to try to sleep with that. A Chair in the master bedroom would be nice. Better lighting in the kitchen over the sink area would be really nice and the faucet in the kitchen had limited water pressure and very minimal movement from side to side. The dishwasher was nice and the oven worked well. we did happen to notice that the common areas don't seem as tidy and clean as they used to. And the office staff, while they were adequate and responded to requests immediately, there was just not a warm and friendly "interested in us"type of attitude. Pam was great. But we didn't have as much contact with her as the other two or three ladies . We will continue to come back. We are very fond of JC Resorts and specifically RamSea. We love it. It's just this particular unit left a little bit to be desired this time.

Very nice condo. We have stayed at Ram Sea last 4 years. Always very happy with each condo. Only negative thing I would say. The water pressure in each shower was horrible. Other than that, condo is very nice.Management is wonderful to work with. Pam is a GEM.

We had a great stay at unit 512 at the Ram Sea. The unit was very comfortable and in good shape. Any questions we had was gladly answered by the front desk. We Would recommend this unit.

Had a pleasant stay in 512 at Ram Sea. Beds extremely comfortable, unit as described but needs a toaster upgrade. Lighting could be better but overall we were comfortable and satisfied. Management is excellent and handled this years situation well. Loved having in room laundry but the washer needs attention. Lots of noise and shaking. Only mention so it can be addressed.

room was well equipped and clean. Our first stay was great. This was just the first of many and I plan to use again in the future. I have already recommended them to another family member. Pool+spa was clean and comfortable as well as the grounds
