Ram Sea 409

Amazing experience, clean condo, and maintained establishment. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.Don't include in review-after opening refrig. it was extremely noisy might want to check. Wish more maintaining of saving chairs on pool side, one family save the whole 1/2 and weren't there-then cleaned fishing polls in pool water.

My sister Deb and Donna and I have been spending sisters week for the last 20 years at Grand Shores West, however, due to the hurricanes had to make alternative plans. We chose RamSeas 409 and it was an excellent choice. Everything was perfect. Helpful and cheerful staff. Great room and views. Only disappointment was not being able to use beach because of beach replacement, but had a birdseye view of it. We would definitely return and hopefully to room 409. Thank you for everything and for this lovely property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice resort. Pool was not open immediately but did open finally. Room was clean and decor was nice. Love JC Resorts especially Ram Sea. Despite the hurricane damages and not all the amenities available, we still had a great time. StillHave the sun and beach. Pam and the rest of the staff were great and I admire how they persevered through. Will return next year.

Ram sea 409 has a great view!! Everyone who works the font desk is courteous and efficient. The location is ideal. The beach is wonderful! Can't wait to come back.

The condo was a bit tired but had its good points. One of the two bathrooms was recently renovated and was very nice. The king bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The living area made up of living room, dining room and kitchen was spacious and the furniture was nice. The kitchen lacked a little. The silverware and dishes were an odd assortment of mismatched items. We would have appreciated a pizza pan, hot pads,a roll of paper towels and a small bottle of liquid dish detergent . There was detergent for the dishwasher but it seemed wasteful to run the dishwasher when we were using only a couple dishes, cups, and silverware each day. We bought liquid detergent and paper towels leaving the extra for the next guests. We loved the proximity to the beach and view from our balcony however there was repair work and painting going on externally on the building which impacted our time on our balcony a few times and was very noisy at times. We were not warned of this when we set up our rental but apologies were offered to us while there. Apparently this work was expected to be completed before the week of our stay.

We have stayed at the Ram Sea many times and have always had a great week. We love having acess to the beach and the pool. Our condo has always been just what we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and had a very nice layout.The elevator going out several times was quite the inconvenience as we had two elderly family members with us who had great trouble with the stairs. I hope that would be looked at for future guests comfort.We hope to be back soon.

This is my 8year of staying at Ram Sea. Wonder beautiful place with a friendly positive atmosphere. I enjoy my stay and will return in October.

Overall we had a great stay.Our main concern is the lack of housekeeping service. While the rental prices continue to rise, including no longer receiving a 10% discount for long stays, we now have to change our own linen and do routine cleaning. Maybe we should be compensated especially since we have been and will continue to be loyal customers.

I took my daughter and her friend here for a week of girl time. The condo was very nice, we had plenty of room for the 3 of us! Being a corner condo we had amazing views of the sunsets, the balcony was a hot spot for our late dinners and just hanging out after a day on the beach. The condo could use some upgrades, but it was nice. Having a full kitchen was nice as we spent some time cooking together. The master bedroom was nice, bed was amazing and so soft. The girls enjoyed their own bedroom, 2 beds and their own bathroom. The staff was nice and very helpful. The elevator is extremely slow and there iant many carts, so we used the stairs a lot, and made multiple trips. Check in is 4pm and they stand by that, no early check ins, but they do let you park and use the pool area or hang out on the beach, which is very nice! We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Ram Sea 409 was reasonably clean and comfortable. The kitchen seemed lacking in some of the basics but we managed and had a great time. The corner unit had an outstanding view of the gulf. We would stay in this condo again. The Management Team were pleasant, helpful with any and all questions and fun to interact with.

My vacation time at the Ram Sea is always an enjoyable experience. I have been vacationing 2 or 3 times each year for the past 8 years and every visit is a fun relaxing time for me. Pam is very welcoming and eager to be helpful in all possible ways. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful with any request that comes up. My Condo rental was 409 and what a clean well decorated unit it is! I am looking forward to returning in October.

We had a wonderful experience here in May 2021. The location is ideal, the beach is beautiful and the evening sunsets are fabulous. The staff was professional, friendly and eager to make our stay a memorable one.

Our unit was very nice. Any issue was addressed and fixed quickly. It seemed like there were a lot of people using the amenities that were guests of renters and some that were not even guests. We have reserved 2022 already.

We stayed in unit 409 February 6-13, a 2 bedroom unit on the corner. Pam worked diligently with us to coordinate our move from the one bedroom unit we stayed in the prior week, to this one. She gave excellent service to us and kept us informed. Once we moved in, it was hard to avoid comparisons to our prior unit, which was recently remodeled. This unit is dated, dark over the kitchen (where you need light) and the cabinets were not stocked well. Pans need replaced, appliances are old, I guess we are spoiled. If it wasn't for it being a two bedroom corner unit, we may have wanted to move out early. The furniture is so oversized for the second bedroom, that the drawers on the dresser don't open. Why not remove it? The owner should consider living in this unit for a week to make some significant updates. Some people may like the unit, but It could be so much more, with the proper modest updates. Thanks to Angela and Pam for your excellent service at the desk!
