The management crew was very professional. We come to Florida every year and we've been renting there almost every year. Very nice and clean place to stay. Very friendly staff. Pam and staff was great. We know you're still recovering from the hurricane. But everything was up and running that we needed and to stay with great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The unit met our needs, the property description was accurate, and the grounds and unit were clean. Cafe De Paris, Coconut Charlies, Conch Republic, Kooky Coconut, and Indian Shores Coffee Company are our go to staples for food/coffee, and treats.

We were disappointed that there weren't any beach towels, salt and pepper, Paper towels, napkins, dish soap. The can opener did not work. We do realize you are trying hard to recover from an unprecedented storm. Hopefully, the items mentioned above will help in the future.

We love it there, it is very clean. The only complaint is that the elevator kept breaking and we were on the fourth floor and we had to walk up and down with all our beach stuff!!!

We had a 3 generation family vacation here at Rams Sea. The area is very nice, quieter than the larger cities. Our condo was nice, accommodating our family of 8. The pool and beach were a hit with all. The staff everywhere were great. They responded right away for any issues.

Other than some construction/renovation going on, our stay was GREAT!! The only complaint we have is the rental cost for the covered chairs on the beach in front of the resort. Much too expensive, the attendant was rude & complained to us where we put our own chairs. We will certainly buy our own tent for the beach for the next time we visit with our friends!!

Our trip and the time in condo 404 was pleasant, the only real issue was the bedding. The sheets were pilled and the pillows awful. Everything was clean, smelled clean but at the end of the day we needed to sleep. If I were the owner I would ensure the sheets were without pills and that there were better pillows-on some pillows pillow cases too small were used. I appreciated JC Resorts. I was pleased with them for finding us a better condo than I originally booked. Without her help I fear the vacation would have been awful. She's a gem I am thankful to her beyond words.

great location on the beach, nice little area within walking distance to pizza, Mexican food and Ice Cream. Walk to Surf Style also. The sand bar that runs all of the way up through the Redington Beach area is a fun time for families. We spend low tides out there finding Sand Dollars and Conch Shells.

Our stay overall was amazing. The unit was very clean and enormous for a 2 bedroom. The only drawback was the unit didn't have a washer and dryer. I thought it did, having stayed with this company and in Ram Sea before and units had laundry, but this one didn't. It is my fault for assuming all units had laundry. There was coin laundry right outside our door, so it was an inconvenience, not a deal breaker.I will stay again.

We vacation here every year! Absolutely love the condo and the location is right on the beach! Super close to restaurants and shopping centers! The staff is wonderful!

Our rental unit was exactly as described. Incredible views, clean rooms, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and more. Check in was quick and friendly.

Our unit was very comfortable with a great view of the beach and ocean. Pam at the front desk is the best. Don't lose her. Being on Gulf Blvd is great. Several really good restaurants all along the Blvd, some within walking distance.

Our family has been going to North Redington Beach for over 20 years. Ram Sea is our favorite property. We never want to stay anywhere else!

This is our third year at this property, first year in this particular unit. Overall we had a wonderful time. The property is close to many restaurants and love the views from our balcony. Pam at JC Resorts is great to work with. I don't know how she managed this year but she did. She worked with us to get the unit we wanted for next year also. The pool is nice and the property grounds are well maintained. Always enjoy the SeaBreeze Grill right down the road and the tiki bar next door.
