Ram Sea 401

The apartment was great, very clean and tidy and we had a very enjoyable time - albeit only a week. The weather was a bit boisterous for 3 days but the rest of our week was amazing - just as it used to be years ago when we used to come each year. How great to spend time with old friends and enjoy the coast with the grandchildren.

Super convenient, right on the beach-can't beat the view. Love the Ram Sea. We've stayed at this complex 3-4 times. Management is always friendly and right on top of anything you need. This condo was not exactly as pictured. It was still nice but missing a few things pictured online. There are no gravity chairs on the balcony (that is what drew us in) Some of the pictured furniture in the living room is different. There is not a chaise lounge in the living room and furniture for 4 people staying was a little uncomfortable. Other than that-the decor was nice and kitchen supplies were ample. Awesome view off the balcony. Just need more comfortable furniture. We will be back! Thank you!

The bed frames in the room with 2 queens desperately need repaired. Beds sleep at an angle. Both of them. If this was fixed I would stay again. Everything else was great. Kitchen needed a little extra cleaning love inside the cabinets, but I gave a lot of love and got some things cleaned and in order. Could use some new pans. Paying over $2500 for the week I wished the beds were in much better shape.

We stayed during Spring Break 2023 the beach never felt crowded it was always clean. The pool and hot tub were cleaned ever morning. My teenagers were able to bop around and always be in view while we enjoyed the beach. Great Tiki Bar next door at The Double Tree. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. No "boardwalk" type activities for kids or teenagers but they were a quick drive away. I found this to be a perk for having a less busy beach etc. Our condo was clean well maintained and very spacious with a great ocean view.

Very nice condo as described, everything we needed. Great linens service as we stayed for two weeks. Wonderful ocean view, location great and except for losing two days to hurricane, weather was perfect. We had no pool do to construction at their second building next door, which we knew going in, again beyond their control, pool at Doubletree Resort was offered for our use. Stay would have been better with our own pool. Elevator broke down on second week, this was beyond their control also so we got lots of exercise going up and down to 4th floor!Staff very helpful and professional to deal with. Hope to come back one day.

This was our 3rd year staying at Ram Sea we absolutely love it there. Very beautiful and the staff are all wonderful :) Would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Familiar with the area so no surprises with location etc. Second time at Ram Sea and this was better than first. Unit selected was perfect and would rent it again. Staff was wonderful. No complaints. No in unit laundry but that was my fault for not noticing when I selected unit. Turned out to be a non issue but if I had little ones, it would have mattered. We like being close to the hotel. All good.

After 2 long dismal years, we were thrilled to be back to our stomping grounds in the gorgeous North Redington Beach! We especially enjoy the Ram Sea because of it's close proximity to the ocean and spacious balconies. Love the staff, helpful, informed and extremely personable (shout out to Pam!) We've been using JC Resorts for our Florida travel for years. I have to make special note that during the pandemic when we had to cancel and rebook on more than one occasion, they were accommodating, helpful and absolutely willing to work with us. When we arrived it felt like we were seeing old friends! I definitely recommend using JC Resorts as your booking agency.

The property management team for this resort is incredible. The condo was very clean and updated with new kitchen and cool vibe in living room. The bathrooms are also updated and great. The bedrooms are a disappointment -- the master has only a queen, The second bedroom has mattresses that are lumpy and squeaky.
