Many Updates- Home away from home- Vacation Rental 310- is a SILVER rated, third-floor CORNER condo. Living and dining room, three-bedroom two bath. Full size, fully equipped, updated, kitchen, complete with everything needed to enjoy in home dining. Living room and master bedroom with private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking our sparkling sugar sand beach. Flat screen color cable televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. No washer/dryer. Coin-op laundry located on the same floor.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen and one double bed in the third bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak rental periods. Maximum occupancy 8.

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

Perfect for 3 couples. 3rd floor end perfect for views and having an open end on porch allows more breeze. Kitchen had more pots, pans, and silverware than an average condo. Kuerig coffee maker a plus. Bought a gag of ice when we arrived and never used as ice maker was more than adequate. You can tell the owners use this condo quite a bit and it shows by how well it is taken care of. If there is a negative, the elevator is slow but no worst than most. Beach was great and unlike many tents are allowed in front of rental chairs which are set back closer to condo. Our group had 28 total and we cluster 4 tents and were not crowded on the beach. Definitely recommend

We were beyond pleased with our stay here. The complex is in a great location and the beach is gorgeous & just a few steps from the condo. The unit was the best we have ever stayed in.The only issue was parking. Parks are labeled, some follow that and some don't.

We stayed in a few different rentals and loved them all but what stands out in this rental 310 was you didn't want for anything .. the place was equipped with every kitchen necessities possible. There was nothing that I needed that wasn't there and more. There was new sofa along with a new table set and the high patio seats was perfect for looking over the rail to the beach. Love every thing about it. Will be booking it again next year. No washer and dryer but it was down the hall. Maybe a few token left as most all other condo have both washer and dryer in the condo .. we all loved 310. I also want to say that Pam at the front has been amazing as she can't do enough for us as we had to put our vacation on hold due to covid and Pam alway made sure that we were looked after. She really goes above and beyond

The condo was very nice and updated on the inside, we did have a few dirty towels and the coffee maker (Keurig) didn't work very well. Everything else was perfect. I like that they did a towel change out for us and gave us new trash bags. It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and most of all I like that you can use the restaurants inside the hotel next door and I loved that we could use the outdoor beach front tiki bar. Overall, this was a excellent place to stay at.

My wife and I love the Reddington beach and jc Resorts. We always stay at the Ram Sea which allows us easy access to the beach and great accommodations. Booking was as easy as making a phone call, checking in and out the same. They never disappoint. Coach is always impressed.

EXCELLENT BEEN GOING TO RAM SEA FOR 18 YEARS. BUT BEEN GOING TO FLORIDA FOR 45 YEARS. ONCE WE FOUND RAM SEA WE DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

We have been renting at The Ram Sea for 15+ years. It's always a pleasure dealing with JC Resorts. This year, they especially went out of their way to help us last minute when other vacation plans didnt work out. We are very grateful for all their help. Arriving late, after a long drive and very stressful day to two clean, well-kept condos was much appreciated by our party of 12. Special shout out to Pam and Holly for going the extra mile to help us. Thank you again, we had another wonderful vacation despite red tide in the area. We're already booked for next summer!

We have been staying at Ram Sea for 25 plus years and are already booked for next year! The unit 310 was lovely and very well stocked. The room was beautiful and the view is fantastic! The only drawback was no washer and dryer, but there is one right down the hallway. The staff at JC Resorts is always friendly, efficient and professional. I have recommended this resort to my family and friends and now they are all hooked on it as well!
