Ram Sea 308

This is the 5th time I have stayed at Ram Sea and the second time I have stayed at this apartment. JC and the Ram sea resort has been recommended to multiple people by me. I can't say enough good words about the team, I will be back again next year.

I was very pleased to enter room 308 on Week #38 in 2025. It was newly re-modeled & it was our first reservation at the Ram Sea 1. I told my wife I LOVE IT when she asked if I liked our new vacation spot. She was in heaven at the beach & we will be returning next year!

We had an amazing time. Room #308 was really great, clean and updated. I would totally stay in this room again. Property staff nice and friendly as always. We have been staying at Ram Sea for many years and love coming there. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Would be nice if room descriptions let you know if there was a washer and dryer or not. We had a great time, room was well kept in nicely decorated. The kitchen in room 308 had everything you need if you'd like to cook in the unit. It could use a little better lighting.

This was our first stay at Ram Sea. Unit 308 was delightful with a full array of amenities! The view from the balcony was spectacular, givng a full 180 degree panorama! Unit 308 will be our choice when we return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Ram Sea. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. The Ram Sea office staff was friendly and helpful. We'll see you again soon, Ram Sea!

Very much enjoyed our stay . A bit noisy at times with the work being done but was explained to us ahead of time and understood . Looking forward to possibly renting longer term next year

I love this rental unit! So beautiful and cozy. Beautiful decorated and up to date. Perfect balcony view and seating. I would definitely would return!The only complaint is lack of cleanliness. I had to clean when I got there. Crumbs all over the counter and floors. Idk what the heck was on one of the pillow cases. However mind you that's the staff not cleaning well. Not the owners lack of care. You can tell they put their heart into decorating and making it feel at home and that I did.

Second trip here. Main issue was that last year the pool was closed all week and this year the hot tub was closed all week, and some construction going on (load beeping noises from equipment early in the morning waking us up). Location good & staff accommodating but felt we should get a discount due to hot tub being closed

This is the third time I have used JC Resorts staying at the Ram Sea each time. I will be back next year again at least once maybe twice. Absolutely love it. The location is perfect, beach access couldn't be easier, and the beach is not too crowded. Apartments are always clean and nicely furnished. What more can I say.

We have been staying at the Ram Sea for many years and have always been happy with our stay. This was the first time that a hurricane decided to interrupt our stay. JC Resorts and the fl9ks at the Ram Sea did everything in their power to ensure we were safe. They let us know when we had to evacuate in a timely manner, when we could return, and apologized for the storm surge damage to the pool and deck areas. We even received a refund for the impacted days. We could not be happier!

Overall, our stay at Ram Sea was great. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The view from the room was amazing! When I booked it said there was a volleyball net on the property. There was not and that is something my family really enjoys so that was a little disappointing. We arrived early to check in. I knew that check in was 4PM but was told I could let reception know we were here early. I let them know at 10 AM that we were here. No one said anything to me and I was going have to wait until 4 PM. We sat there for hours. It was storming so we couldn't swim or go to the beach. Employees walked by us and saw sitting there. No one ever came out to us to tell us that our room was not going to be ready until 4 PM. That was really frustrating especially because we had a one year old. All we were asking for was a little communication. When my husband went in to talk to the front desk. They gave him attitude and we're not very nice to him. My sister arrived at 2:30 and was given keys to her room immediately. Then a lady in the parking lot told me that my room was being cleaned but we couldn't go into it until she approved it. Then said she was leaving and said she would be would not be back for another 45 minutes. That part was just very frustrating and not a great way to start my trip.

The condo we rented for the last 6 years was very clean and in the perfect location to restaurants and stores it is easy access to the ocean

Love staying at Ram Sea..Our unit was clean, well equipped, grounds are kept up and the hot tub was running. Our unit was the best we have had in 6/7 years we have been coming. We would like to return and this the only complain is it is difficult to make reservations for the next year.Pam is the best!

Well, it is not often when results exceed expectations when it comes to vacation rentals. Almost hate to expose this gem on North Redington Beach for fear of creating availability issues, but, truth sets us free. Beautifully remodeled place, well maintained, fabulous staff, booked next year on our last day of vacay. Couples, do yourself a favor, take a good look at this condo.

It's a very nice unit and well updated. Nice to have the owners provide cooler and chairs and children's beach toys. We were only two so no toys. It may sound stupid, but I squeegeed the shower every night like at home. We treated like home and how we would. The Keurig coffee brewer is a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. I hate writing this as you all may want this unit and I may have a tough time getting it reserved but it a GO!

We had a wonderful stay in unit 308. The recent updates are nicely done. We loved the high chairs on the balcony. Spent every night out there watching the beautiful sunsets! There is a Keurig coffee machine in addition to a regular coffeemaker which was a plus! We enjoyed the spacious living room and the view of the Gulf of Mexico! The bedroom is tight with 2 beds in it. However they were very comfortable. We will definitely be back , as we have been coming to the area for the past 24 years!!

The overall stay was good. Pam is a huge asset to your company very very helpful. We did notice a bit more noise this time with senior high school students staying with parents. The beach seems to be overtaken with rental seats being spread out too much leaving hardly any room for others. grounds are great cleanliness is great. Too bad the price has increased significantly causing us to stay elsewhere in the coming years.

This condo is completely updated! It is clean and has everything you need! We loved the beach feel design and the sunsets on the balcony were absolutely amazing! The condo is located right on the beach and it is in walking distance to shopping and dining! We loved our stay in Ram Sea #308!

we enjoyed our week in Ram Sea #308 and will book this condo again balcony is away from pool noise - plenty of comfy furniture and the beds are GREAT - firm but very snuggleable plenty of storage and the walk-in shower is nice only issue for us was the lighting in bedroom and kitchen was too dim

This is our second year staying at the Sea Ram for our Spring vacation. The condo we rented was wonderful. Nothing beats the view from the balcony. The property is well kept, the beach is gorgeous, the staff is helpful and courteous. The only problem we had, was with our flight to Tampa. The airlines changed our tickets to a later flight and we wouldn't arrive until later in the evening. I called JC Resorts and they thoroughly explained the late arrival process. They also sent a text explaining the process. The location of the property is perfect. You are between St. Pete and Clearwater and there is a trolley system that runs between the two cities. Plenty of good places to eat and shop. We will be coming back again next year. Can't wait.

The condo is beautifully decorated! Perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and the owners have beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler which were very nice! We flew to Florida and couldn't bring any of that with us. It was a nice surprise. Great location with the beach right there and all kinds of things to do and great restaurants near by!!

Our stay was Feb 1-6. This unit was recently remodeled and every little thing was well thought out! From the Kuerig on the counter, to the throw blankets stored in two baskets on a side table in the living area for when you get chilled on the couch. Unit was very clean. Pam at the front desk was responsive and friendly. Angela was wonderful too. If we ever come to the area again, this unit would be my choice!
