Ram Sea 307

Nice to have the availability of the pool and the hot tub along with the ocean beach. I would’ve preferred a full view of the ocean, though as the wooden blinds block partial views.

We very much enjoyed our time at Ram Sea. Hot tub and pool were amazing and the views from the balcony were fabulous! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

Decor needs updating. Some lamps had burned out lightbulbs. Very clean. Lots of towels.

Great condo with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation! Nicely decorated. Large balcony, enjoyed morning coffee /breakfast watching dolphins swimming up the coastline. No better place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Can't wait to return to this unit!

We had an amazing time at Ram Sea in Redington. The location is excellent, with a perfect beach. The accommodation is great, especially for families. Internet access is also excellent as I also managed to work remotely for a while during our stay. Would highly recommend.

We have been coming to this location for 20+ years and love our beach! Unfortunately the prices keep going up, hoping that stabilizes.

This condo was great. It had everything we needed, but beach towels. It is in a great location, close to many good restaurants. Check-in and out was easy and it was great having staff on location. The only thing I will say about this property is that the king bed in the master suite is very noisy. Every time you rolled over, it made a noise. It wasn't uncomfortable, just noisy. Everything else was wonderful.

Stayed here for 3 sisters's vacation and the accommodations were perfect! Ocean front was beautiful! The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional! Will rent from them again.

Our rental experience was great! We loved the location at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, two bathrooms were perfect and extra large closets. I loved having a washer and dryer. The only downfall was all the beds were very hard. We actually stayed at a hotel one night because we traveled to Disney and the beds there were so much better. If the beds would be updated, this would be the dream spot!

This used to be an annual visit for us but haven't been over in a few years. Great to be back and love the location over any others in the area. Pam and the resort staff are fantastic and always helpful. They all make the stay enjoyable. Only downside was the mattresses in the condo. Beds are too hard and like sleeping on plywood. We tossed a coin for the couch one night. I look forward to coming back in the Spring but #307 will not be on the list

Loved our condo at Ram Sea. It had everything we needed except beach towels. Nice kitchen area but we never cooked. The deck with tall table and chairs gave us a perfect view of the beach. Lots of places to eat and shop. Would love to do the same trip again!!

Room 307 at the Ram Sea is the ideal vacation condo. The owners have kept it in great condition The view is very nice. The furniture inside and out was very attractive and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will be requesting this room in future visits.

It's always a great place to stay. Some units have nicer furnishings than this one but it was fine for our purposes. It was wonderful having a nice washer and dryer in the unit. The beach chairs were great too.

WE love the Ram Sea! Couldn't believe how busy the area was this time! I have to say that the unit was nice enough but the beds and pillows were horrible!!! Honestly, we spent a lot of money to stay and we all couldn't wait to get home to our own beds as our backs were killing us!! Sleep is so important! Nice beds and pillows are way more important than pretty granite countertops, etc. I would not stay in this unit again just because of the beds.

Ram Sea is a great vacation rental location. This particular condo 307 was in need of upgrades to the flooring, furniture, washer and dryer(barely worked) and overall look.The staff are great and very accommodating. Major suggestion would be that the condo association and or owner review general updates to furniture and purging of broken items etc. Some TLC would go along way.

Ram Sea is a beautifully maintained complex that is nicely located in walking distance to many restaurants/shopping, and halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete. No shortage of places to go! Every unit has full gulf front views and spectacular sunsets. Need a cocktail by the pool? Just walk next door to the beach bar and pick one up. The hot tub is large, the pool is heated and the patio decks have plenty of chairs and shade when needed. And everything is directly located on the beachfront. I can't say enough about Pam and her staff behind the desk. They are very responsive to every request to make your stay better. Whatever needed item is missing in the kitchen, Pam makes sure replacements (brand new) arrive in your condo within hours. The few normal maintenance requests we made were handled promptly and professionally. The unit itself (not luxury but certainly comfortable) was clean and well maintained. Loved the large 3 bedroom layout and double vanities in both bathrooms. Perfect for sharing with our children and grandchildren. I can see why JC Resorts has so many long term repeat renters; we talked to many while we were there. We have already booked our stay for next year!
