Ram Sea 304

The room was very clean. Great location. Great host. The hair dryer that was supplied needs to be replaced as it singed my hair. There was roofing being done during our week-long stay but no one had informed us about this. It would have been nice to know prior to our booking. Overall the condo was comfortable and inviting and we had a pleasant stay!

The pool and hot tub were great but the BEST was how close we were to the beach. And we saw dolphins every day! We could walk to some coffee shops close by. The house was clean. The lay out was a little funny with a long hallway but amazing views of the gulf. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but we all slept pretty well. If you are looking for beach and views this is a great option!

The condo was very nice, kitchen well appointed, bathrooms clean, good seating on balcony, good seating in living room. The rental staff was very friendly and helpful as always. Not having a pool or hot tub was less than perfect but we knew that before we lest. I'm not sure why they are working so slowly on the repairs

I love staying with Ram Sea. It's a perfect location and staff are super friendly. Room 304 was ok but I stayed in better quality rooms. Furniture really needs so w upgrade especially kitchen and living room sofas. Also, this time the room was not super clean.

Ad great time...the weather made it a little difficult but I love walking the beach collecting shells. Watching the dolphins from our balcony daily was very special! The construction noise and smell was a little disappointing and not being able to use the hot tub too! But, I understand maintenance and getting it done isn't easy. Our unit was very well stocked in the kitchen!! Loved all the baking pans etc. COULD USE SMALL BOWLS FOR JELLO, ICE CREAM-MAYBE SMALL PLATES TOO! The sand was difficult to control, perhaps a small mop to fit the bucket to go over floor periodically.Couch is a little low and saggy but do love the nautical print. The throw rug by the sliding door was a good reminder to step us (since we're old and not as agile as we used to be. JC was efficient in getting more Freon in our A/C unit when needed and gals at desk were very pleasant and helpul. Lots of attactions (we did Aquarium this year) were close and plenty restaurants and shops to explore! Did our usual movie at theater that served food w/movie!Yes, property was recommended to me and would recommend to someone also!

Every year that we've went has been great. There has not been anything to complain about. Checking in is always quick and easy. We love Redington and the ram sea can't wait to get back. Thing is I'm not from Blue Ridge I'm from Rockmart Georgia.

Ram Sea 304 was an enjoyable place to stay for the week. The condo had an incredible view, was clean with some updates, and offered plenty of storage.

We loved the location! Perfect spot right on the beach. The unit itself was clean, but could use some updating--especially in the bathrooms. We were there over spring break, but the area was not overly busy or "spring break crazy!" Good for families.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Individual condo was was clean and well maintained.Was surprised that no cleaning supplies were available. Only one dishwasher tablet and nothing for cleaning bathroom,etc.

Great option my only issues (would still stay here again) would like to have less light in the bedroom and the master bedroom was extremely warm. The master needed the air super low which made the rest extreme chilled

Love! It's Roomy, comfy beds, W&D a+, master bath new, glass enclosed shower. Beach front, big balcony for watching the people. Reserved parking. Close to restaurants, Publix, John's Pass, Bird Sanctuary. I gave 4 cause I need bars or raised toilets!

This was our 6th year at Ram Sea and, as usual, it was a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean with new and modern appliances added since our stay last year. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Ram Sea is definitely our "go-to" place for our annual Florida vacation.

As always Ram Sea was great. Office staff always happy to see us. This is our 5th rental experience with Ram Sea. We have had different units and this one was very nice. Property always looks clean quiet location in the area. Love having breakfast on balcony in the AM. My unit only had a few minor issues but didn't effect the stay at all. Great unit. Will rent again in May.

We were very pleased with our rental experience. The unit was very clean and well furnished with comfortable furniture. We especially liked the balcony furniture with the thick cushions making for very comfortable "sunset watching." The beds were comfortable also and the bathrooms had more than an adequate supply of towels and washcloths. (We all loved the shower heads, too.) Our only minor issue was with the lack of dish towels (only one that we found) and a dish rack for drying the dishes. However, we made do with what we had so there was no problem. Ram Sea's location is perfect for us: close to all our favorite restaurants and other points of interest for us. We will definitely be back next year, God willing.

Loved the ocean front condo with pool and hottub. Gounds were immaculate. Staff at front desk went out of their way to help.
