Loved our room. Great view and decor. This was on quitter side of building above hot tub. Great view from couch. This is a great section of beach.

Very nice get away, even with construction. The co.fort of the mattress and bed was poor. Ceiling fan was wobbly. Other than the bed everything was fine.

The room was spacious, clean and a corner view that is breath taking. We got to experience a storm come thru and the waves and wind were exhilarating. The sunsets were gorgeous and shared with family members back to Michigan. The Beach was great to excercise daily on and was right in front of you. Staff was very friendly and done great considering they were in a makeshift office . Parking was very convenient and restaurants nearby were walkable!

We stayed here in April 2024. The unit is very well equipped. The bathrooms need an update, functional but very old fixtures and tile. We didn't find the unit as clean on arrival as JC used to keep it. Crumbs in kitchen drawers, hair clogging bathroom sink drain, etc. there was also no cleaning during our stay. Outside they are keeping up paining and window cleaning, but the tables are not wiped off and the common areas not swept or litter picked up often Be prepared to buy cleaning supplies and use them . Beautiful spot on the beach and lovely pool and hot tub, big condos. Pam at the office is wonderful and efficient and works really hard to make your stay great.

The facility is very well maintained. The condo I stayed in was as described and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. They seem to enjoy their work and are willing to assist with any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Be sure to check out Pajanos NRB for great food and beer.

Spent three weeks in room 209. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Furniture was very comfortable indeed and the kitchen had all that we needed. It was nice to have a full set of dishes and not just a few mismatched plates.We have booked this room again for next year 2025

My wife and I spent two weeks in February in this condo. Unfortunately, it was cool weather wise, but the condo was great, within walking distance of a number of restaruants, a couple miles from grocery stores, and right on the beach. They were doing some work on the building but were done by 4:00 each day so we could eat our dinner on the balcony and watch the waves. Staff was friendly and helpful, our bathroom lights did not work one day, the staff had it fixed by the time we returned from lunch.

Ram Sea 209 is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Loved the corner location and the nice balcony. The condo is in need of some updates. The beds and bedding need to be replaced and the kitchen needs to be updated, especially the dishwasher and the cabinets that bump into each other. The gulf view is amazing and it's a beautiful beach. The management was great to work with, a shoutout to Pam, who gave us so many updates and worked with us when the elevator broke down prior to our visit.

We've been coming to Ram Sea for about 10 years, sometimes multiple times a year. What you see online is what you get. Since most units are privately owned, you do, however, sometimes get different amenities within different units, so always make sure to read the full room post.

We've been coming to Ramsea for several decades now and in all the seasons and once again, our stay didn't disappoint in any way. Suite 209 is definitely at the top of my priority suite choice now for future vacations. The owner has created a beautiful home away from home in its warmth, its fabulous decoration choices and its attention to detail. Totally 'Florida like' in its style and charming in every way!

Love the room and view. Had a great time, but the beds in the back room were uncomfortable and noisy. Just turning over would wake you up.
