Ram Sea 114

The condo was PERFECT for our needs!! From the kitchen to the baths, the updates were beautiful. We all loved hanging around the dining table or the outdoor table to play games. We loved the balcony, saw dolphins in the mornings. The convenience of the pool and beach could not be beat. It was very family oriented; our grandkids made friends for the week and everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was nothing not stocked here. The host makes sure you want for nothing (except fresh produce & air!) Highly recommend!!!

It is a great place to stay. We've been staying at Ram Sea for our family vacation.For the last 13 years for one week in October. We rent 3 condos. The location is awesome right on the beach. Every condo faces the gulf. The staff in the office are great to deal with especially Pam. I highly recommend Ram Sea!!

My family and I enjoyed the condo but we all thought it was strange that there was no bedspread on the bed in the 1 st bedroom- only an old brown blanket on the bed .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Ram Sea 114 was a beautiful condo and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much however I feel like there should be somehow to enforce pool closure at 11 pm. Many nights during the week the pool was filled with loud, rowdy teens after 11 pm. Since 114 was very close to the pool our sleep was often interrupted by loud noises in the pool. Please enforce your rules

We always have a great experience here. The only change that could be made to our condo is yo ipdat the beds. They were very uncomfortable in all the rooms. Other than that, our stay was amazing....already booked to come again for our 12th year in a row! It is our home away from home!

Thank you for renting units 113 and 114 to us so my family could come to Florida to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had the best time even though we had to evacuate for hurricane Idalia. Both units were very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Hope to see you next year.

We loved the Ramsea and have stayed there for over 35 years. However (with the exception of Pam) the ladies working the front desk are unfriendly and rude. If they hate their job they should move on and quit ruining my vacation. We purposely booked a late flight to avoid the check in disaster that occurred the previous 2 years. We did not check in until 4pm and AGAIN were told the room is not ready and get this (Check in just STARTS at 4pm it may be 5 or later before our room is ready.) Enough is enough - they are just awful. Then they state forcefully " We only have 2 girls cleaning, which was not true! We stayed in room 114 and it was nice, the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced but everything else was OK. We have not decided if we will return to the Ramsea or not, since the prices escalated so much we can entertain other resorts in this price range. Special Thank you to Pam for always going above and beyond - she is an excellent customer service rep.

Love love this place. We have been staying at Ram Sea #114 for the last 8 years for a week in October. It is located on the beach. Every condo faces the water. Has a great pool. Very clean. The office staff is fantastic. There are alot of great restuarants nearby. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This condo is beautiful. We have stayed here a few times and the owners have really have done an excellent job decorating. I would highly recommend this condo and property. The property is as described. It is close to so many wonderful restaurants and the view and sunsets are spectacular. You can't beat being right on the beach. We always enjoy our stay here as we have been vacationing many years at the JC Resorts.

This condo was updated and clean. We had some issues with the ice maker and the maintenance team immediately cleaned and repaired it. My only complaint is the front desk ladies, they are unfriendly, unprofessional, and control crazy. They purposely delay meeting your needs. They whisper to one another and think you cannot hear them WRONG. I know help is hard to find, but JC Resorts can do better than them.

Room 114 was modern and up to date. Furniture on the porch was so comfortable. Master shower was above and beyond fabulous. The pool was really clean.

We stayed at Ram Sea 114 for Spring Break 2022. It's the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. A biggie for us are comfortable beds, this didn't disappoint. Everything was in working condition and on the higher end in 114. We highly recommend it.

Ram Sea is an awesome condo rentals. It is right on the beach. Every condo faces the gulf. It's in a great location to great restaurants. Been staying here for our last 8 vacations. The condos are not being cleaned in betw guests as good as they should be.

I have stayed at Ram Sea quite a few times, and always have a great experience. My Gold Level unit had some great upgrades since my last visit. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico is superb and the property is well maintained. Easy check-in and check-out. Love having beach cabana service rentals available and Mangos restaurant right next door. Lots of walkable restaurants, too. I'll be back again next year.

We have been staying at Ram Sea for several years. We have tried a few different condos throughout those years. 114 is a spectacular unit! Lovely furnishings and the lighting is a cool addition to the unit. Unit was clean and the beds are comfortable.

We have stayed in several units at the Ram Sea, over the years , with our family. This time we stayed in 114 . This will be our first choice next time we come to Redington beach with children. It is more convenient and very well equipped. We love the staff. They helped us out when our food order arrived before us due to a flight delay. See Kevin on the beach for cabana rental.

We took our son and his friends down to Ram Sea for Spring break. Our unit 114 could not have been a better place for us. Being on the "1st Floor" I was worried that it would be noisy from the pool...that was NOT a problem at all. The unit is nicely decorated and the lightning is very cool. The only negative I had was that who ever cleans the unit did not do a great job. I went use the vacuum and it kept "spitting" out dirt. So I took it apart and it was completely clogged...like very clogged. Not sure how anyone has vacuumed with it. Once I cleaned it out it worked just fine. I did not tell management because I was too busy enjoying the beautiful beach. The balcony on Unit 114 is awesome for watching the sunset. We have stayed at other JC Resorts and our family agreed that this unit was by far our favorite.
