We stayed in room 113. Our condo was absolutely beautiful. Room was clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf and overlooking the pool. The condo was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. We have stayed at the Ram Sea before and always love coming back. If you want a comfortable and clean condo with the most beautiful view, 113 is definitely the place to be.

First of all, Pam is awesome... girls at the desk are nice and helpful!! 113 was very comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen updates were nice but, was very surprised that there was no garbage disposal in a gold room... made it a little difficult when cooking!! Had a great time... Ram Sea is our happy place! Would recommend this room.

We stayed in room 113. Room was clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf and overlooking the pool. Slept with the sliding door open and feel asleep to the crashing waves. Gas grills worked great and were clean. My only negative is there should be more tables on the pool side and to many lights on at night. Overall A+ we will be back next October.

Beds were extremely hard. Bathrooms and kitchen outdated but functional. Cabinets and microwave dirty. Overall cleanliness could be much improved. Pool and patio was always clean and very enjoyable.

It was a great week at our favorite place. We have stayed numerous times at the Ram Sea over the past several years. The condo was well stocked and clean. Had a few maintenance issues that were addressed in a timely manner as always.

Stayed for a 2 week duration 3 units for 14 people where required they accommodate d me 2 units were somewhat dated but all amenities worker flawlessly all where clean excellent location beautiful wide beach grocery and pharmacy 7 minute drive if your looking for a relaxing vacation and not a party location I would recommend this location

We've stayed in many different units in both Ram Sea buildings. Although this one (# 113) was by far not the best we've stayed in, it wasn't awful. Beds were comfortable, the unit was relatively clean. A lot of light switches, but half didn't work or go to anything. The cable/wifi set up was awful (although I think a previous guest messed with it and the cleaning staff wouldn't know). Many outlets didn't work. Clothes washer SMELLED moldy. Carpet everywhere except hallway and kitchen makes it feel dirty; can't imagine how much dirt, sand, water, sun lotions, etc., are trapped in it. Would stay again, but at a lower price than what I could've stayed in. Also, take the fancy filters off the website pictures to give a true sense of what you're paying for. Love the office staff, especially Pam. A pretty central location and it's growing with even more restaurants/shops.

The condo we had for 3 weeks was very clean and spacious it is an older property but clean Great place for families!!It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking for a group of people which was great as we had family join usIt also had beach supplies in condo / chairs /tent/B.Towels /umbrella/children beach toys and more This was a real bonus as we all flew into Florida did not have anything for beach and our grandchildren!! If I would suggest anything it would be to list all the extras for beach and children that are in each unit for people like us who are not able to take it with us Thank You for a great family vacation !
