Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 112 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach.
Recently updated (Fall 2023). New flooring, bathrooms updated and more. This spacious 1st-floor (not ground level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. 112 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. An added kitchen pantry provides extra food storage space. Enjoy a separate bar with a mini refrigerator for cold drinks and entertaining. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom (new mattresses 2025) and 1 queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Maximum occupancy: 8.

Condo was very spacious, with plenty of room for our entire family. The view was amazing! The pots/skillets need replaced, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay! The grandkids loved the pool!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ram Sea. Beautiful location on the beach. Easy access to the pool and beach. The room was as described. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Unfortunately, the pool heater broke while we were there, but JC Rentals issued a small discount. The main bed was quite comfortable, but the others were not. The only other complaint we have is cookware. Cooking in the room was a challenge at times.

The condo was great. WellFurnished and clean overall. Our only concern would be clean or replace carpet in front two bedrooms.! It is dirty and in bad shape. Didn't dampen our fun in the sun girls trip!

Love this place, layout was perfect, kitchen has everything you need. This was our second year renting as I already booked our rental for 2024.

What a fantastic 10 day stay with our family, children and grandchildren! We love the beach, pools and the sunsets. Friendly helpful staff all around, but special mention to Bob and Pam. We will be back. Only recommendation for this unit is to remove carpeting and replace with flooring.

We have rented this condo for the past several years due to the great location with 3 littles. We have always loved it but the same issues are now just getting worse. Master shower leaks all over the floor and has way too hard of a shower head that has never felt good on sunkissed skin. There's also a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom (mgmt knows but it needs owner addressed). Carpet in master is extremely worn out and stained. Backsplash in kitchen is peeling in some places and every time you use the microwave I felt it would catch fire. They did replace broken furniture that was broken when we arrived last year so that was a plus.

Recently stayed in 112 for a week. It was greatly priced and enjoyed the view! A few indoor items could use some updating such as beds, pillows, and blender. Outdoor furniture definitely needs to be replaced as it was to uncomfortable to even sit on :( our fridge wasn't keeping up temperature and the management was quick to send maintenance to take a look and also refunded us some to make up for it. The condo also wasn't the cleanest upon arrival, dust in spots and vents dirty. But all and all it was a great bang for the our buck!

Everything was great except for the wild child in condo directly above us They ran back and forth most of the night and scooted chairs around We considered calling someone to address this problem They need to be banned from the property

Our experience was great even though we had a leak and maintenance had to come every day. They were very nice and very easy to work with. The view is amazing. Close to all the food options and shopping. Tree he beds in our unit we're breaking down but over all the unit was great. Can't wait to come back next year.

The view from this unit is beautiful, however the mattresses and boxsprings are old and stained and need to be replaced.

Our family loves this property and area, we stay at this property several times a year. The property is very family-friendly not to mention the fabulous management and staff. Wonderful restaurants in the area and many within walking distance.

good place but the furniture was broken and falling apart first BR on dresser missing handles on drawers(stayed in 112 last aug missing at that time!!

We have been coming to the Ram Sea for 28 years. It's like a home away from home to us. The only complaint is the week goes too fast! We had room 112 this year, and it was very nice! We always appreciate it when the washer and dryer are available to us in the room. Looking forward to returning next year!
