Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 110 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front, corner vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (not ground level) vacation rental has a delightful and secluded, tropical ambiance. Includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful, sugar sand beach.

110 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Both living room and master bedroom open to a Gulf front balcony. This corner condo also has a small balcony off the bedroom on the east side of the building.

Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

We have been coming to the Ram Sea for 10 years now and rent out 4-6 condos and our annual family get together. Love the new pool, hot tub and grill area. Still under some construction and they are working diligently to get everything fixed from the hurricanes last fall. Staff is always helpful

Right by the sea and the pool. Near restaurants and stores. Condo was a little dated, laundry room was a little messy, but overall condo was clean. Construction in condominium above was a bit disturbing early in the morning, we didn't care the rest of the day. Overall, I would stay there again and I do recommend it if you enjoy the beach.

Ram Sea II Condos were a wonderful place to stay for our annual vacation to Florida. Right on the ocean, soft white sand. Nice pool area. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed during out stay. Condo was a great size. Ours was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Ram Sea. We have vacationed here with our family for over a decade. The condos are always clean and neat. The office staff is very helpful. I have noticed over the last few years the landscape and common areas could use a bit of touching up but over all we always enjoy our stay and will be back I am sure.

Highly recommended!! Great location, service, amenities. Very nice location because the beach is not real busy and the beach isn't very wide from the condo to the water. There are lots of great restaurants close by.

We have stayed at the RamSea for many years, and have always loved our stay. It's like home away from home with spectacular ocean views and stunning sunsets. We were slightly distracted by the noise of the kitchen fan from the double tree beside us. It was difficult to spend time out on the balcony. Also the owner may want to consider replacing the mattresses in the second bedroom.We've booked for next year already!

We were happy with some of the changes to our condo that we having been renting for Quite a few years. As always, improvements can and should be made. A new dining room table, chairs and chandelier are a NECESSITY! New shower heads in both bathrooms are needed. AND, of course, the trimming of the palm tree would a welcome sight!! We do love our stay at the Ram Sea and we are very grateful that we can still enjoy a month long visit. As always, Pam is so helpful and accommadating ! She is an asset!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was great once again! Staff are very nice and friendly, rooms were nice, and the location is perfect! We love coming to this area!

We love our first floor beach front location. We were disappointed that Ed it to the palm tree directly in front of our apartment was overgrown and we could not see the gulf. We reported this to the office and they reported this to J C Resort. Nothing was done until the day before we left and it was done very haphazardly. It is a beautiful palm tree and should be taken care of at a resort as lovely as the Ram Sea.
