Ram Sea 103

We have visited Ram Sea many times, but this time we visited to attend my sister's wedding (held next door at the Doubletree). We loved unit 103 - it was beautifully appointed and we loved being on the first floor. There was quite a bit of construction dirt, noise, and inconvenience, but we were made aware of that prior to our visit (as well as no access to the pool). Staff were courteous and kind. We always look forward to our return visits!

Enjoyed our yearly summer week at the beach in this beautiful condo. Everything we needed for our family. We like to cook and kitchen was fully stocked. Furnishings were great. Thank you for sharing your vacation home

We had an amazing stay at Ram Sea 103 and will be back! The unit is beautifully renovated and spacious with an absolutely spectacular view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great sized and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pool, hot tub and beach access were all great. We truly loved our stay. The location is also amazing - so many places within a 1-10 minute walk for food and other necessities! Our favorite was My Happy Place Deli and we also loved that we could join a gym (5 minutes away walking) for $30 for the week! JC Resorts was also great to work with! The only thing I would change is for the unit to have a few beach supplies included. We did email and found out ahead of time, so we were prepared when we got there. An umbrella, couple of chairs and beach toys would have been great. I should add though that you can rent an umbrella and two chairs for $130 cash/check from a company right on the beach. They set it up for you each day! So I recommend just putting that in your vacation budget ahead of time!

Great experience, condo was very well redone making our stay enjoyable and trouble free. Only suggested change is to replace the lounge chairs on the deck, they are very uncomfortable.Walking distance to some good restaurants and a couple of nice playgrounds for young children. Beach was well maintained.

This was our fifth time staying at Ram Sea and each visit has been excellent. The location is perfect for families and the sunset views are amazing.

As usual and for the past 4 or 5 years I would not even consider going to another resort on Gulf Blvd. Always a great stay.

been coming to Ramsea for years - booked 103 as we wanted 3 beds and liked the first floor for convenience to the beach. We loved the king bed and the fact there were 4 more queen beds. liked size of baths and having laundry in unit. the unit is however dated and in need of refreshing. the washer and dryer need replacing - spin cycle didn't remove a lot of the water so that meant dryer running much longer to dry clothes. master ensuite needs some towel racks. we have booked this unit again next year and hope the renovations we heard about will have happened especially given the price jump of $1,000. could use a love seat on mirror wall instead of rocking chair. also upholstery was dirty on dining chairs, throw cushions and carpet.

We had a lovely time in North Redington Beach at Ram Sea 103. The rental process went smoothly the rentalCcompany reps were very caring and professional. We have rented at other properties before and it was comforting to have a Front Desk available even though it was limited times. The building and the unit were very clean. The unit could use a bit of refreshing and could use a more secure door lock/ key system - especially when you're away from the unit also using keys with room numbers on them can be problematic if the key is lost . A minor issue was that people were using the hot tub as a kiddie pool since it was more convenient to their building at times they were unsupervised by an adult- Having 3 or 4 children playing and diving etc made it uncomfortable to use the hot tub to relax - Overall we had a good experience and would return to RamSea - Thank You

I've been dealing with JC Resorts several years. They are quick to respond to my questions and are always polite. They are efficient in their rental process. I never wonder if I've done everything to ensure my rental is complete. I really enjoy working with them. A very pleasant experience every time.

We checked into a unit that was not quite up to par. We talked to Pam at the office and explained the situation. Pam didn't bat an eye and immediately moved us to another unit which was fabulous. The house was decorated very nice, the place was very clean and the view was perfect. we slept with the patio doors open almost every night. There are fabulous restaurants within 30 minutes easily. We loved this little hidden gem and plan on coming here as often as we can. The staff at the Ram Sea was phenominal, they answered any question we had and pointed us to some of the spots locals hang out at. Pam and her whole staff were top notch and so was our stay. Love this place!
