Hamilton House 301

The pool was not heated, so it was a bit chilly for this time of year. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! Felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner (there was quite a bit of hair on the floor tile when we arrived). It was "missing" a few amenities we normally find in Vrbo's like papertowels, liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, dish sponge, laundry pods (they normally provide 2 for a weeks stay in our experience). Maintenance was very quick! I reported issues with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the shower head in the master bath and they were fixed within an hour. Great location to eateries and the beach.

Hi Krista, I sincerely apologize and will check on this immediately. I am glad maintenance did a good job for sure! We generally do not supply paper towels or liquid soaps but we do provide dish cloths and a dishwasher pod. I will make these suggestions though and see what we can do. Best wishes

For over 25 years the Hamilton House has been a favorite vacation destination. Through the years we have rented condos there with friends and family members. #301 is our preferred condo, as it is top floor corner unit, away from the elevator for privacy. JCResorts has always been very professional and responsive to any concerns we have had. We will definitely return!

Stayed at this sight many times and we keep coming back. The view is spectacular. Location is the best. The condos have everything a family needs for a great vacation stay. Some condos don't have screens, so if that matters to you be aware. We had a little one with us so going on balcony unattended was a concern. Just needed to watch closer. Still love it here!

The unit could have been cleaned better - very dusty and floors were dirty with hair etc. No soaps to start with bare minimum of anything - over all did like the decor and view of the unit.

Overall good stay with a few disappointments. Sheets were commercial quality and getting thin. There was no blanket over sheets but management brought one out. We had to purchase potato peeler, cookie sheet, pizza cutter and different pillows.

We had a late check in that went flawless. When we arrived to our unit it was clean. The carpet felt damp and the master bed room balcony door was wide open and the room was soooo hot! The next day when they called us to make sure we got in alright and everything was okey I told them about the door and the floor. They told us that they had the carpet cleaned before we checked in and that was the cause of the damp flooring and that the carpet guy must have left the door open from running his hoses up to our room. They apologized for the inconvenience and the room did begin to cool down although it was still the warmest room in the condo the whole time it wasn’t unbearable. Durning our trip hurricane Elsa decided to join us so they called to have us bring the patio furniture in and make sure we didn’t need anything as they were closing early that day. The last few days of our trip the Cable tv and internet wasn’t working so that was aggravating but we didn’t spend much time in the condo so it was okay. Other then those few minor things this was definitely the best beach trip we have taken! The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of balcony seating! The pool has lots of chairs and lay out chairs. The beach is a super short walk from the unit. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! We are already talking about booking at this same condo for our next beach trip!

The overall experience was really nice. The condo owners seem to be updating the interior. The patio & view of the gulf & beach was beautiful! My only suggestion would be to include the directions to the main office for late arrivals. It was a little unclear but property management was easy to reach.

Great location. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the all important affordable. The best compliment I can pay is that we'd go back. The only change to the unit would be that the addition of a ceiling fan to the bigger bedroom would be very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
