Hamilton House 107

Jordan’s property was impeccable. Perfect for the six of us, it was accurately represented, clean, convenient, and well-appointed (wipes, q-tips, games, 5-in one grill, air fryer…); it was home away from home. Loved the quaint backyard, and the fact that there was assigned parking for more than one car. Jordan is truly top host material—clear instructions, responsive, accommodating, and goes the extra mile.

I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Richmond Va area. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded right away when I needed to reach out!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating with everything we needed.the backyard was quaint with just enough room for our fur baby. Plenty of shade for him to lounge around outside whenever he wanted to. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!!!!

The Hamilton house and my unit was a very nice place to stay. The unit was well stocked and I loved that the beds were on the firm side. The building and property was in very good shape despite the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton. The weather was cold this past January but that is not the Condo's fault. Several of the local restaurants are open and the food was veery good. I also want to do a call out to the JC Resort staff as they were very helpful, friendly and very professional.

My husband and I stayed at this property for seven nights. It is very conveniently located - close to quite a few restaurants - and the beach is wonderful. Although you don’t look out directly on the beach from the balcony, you can see it. (The balcony is open to the side of the building.) we spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool is the condo was a nice, quiet place to return home to.

Absolutely loved our trip! Our rental was in a great location and incredibly clean when we arrived. We had immediate beach access and a pool which was nice to have for the days where the beach was busy or the ocean was a little rough. Probably the highlight of our trip was all of the wildlife we saw! One day there was a group of rays leaping out of the water and the next we got to see a group of dolphins!

The condominium was perfect! Very clean and plenty of room for four. Indian Rocks is absolutely perfect for relaxation. Just4 miles either way you have a lot of options and entertainment from parasailing to sunset dinner cruises. Right across the street from the condo is a must restaurant called Kegan's with awesome soft shells. Lovely pool with a turn of the gate to jump in the beautiful gulf or watch beautiful sunrises or sunsets. Just perfect!

What a wonderful place! Very well kept, clean with lots of room. The location is awesome not so much hustle. Just peace and quiet. But with several attractions 3-4 miles away in either direction. Keagan’s restaurant across the street is a must if you like soft shell crabs. Star light sunset dinner cruise is a must also. Just perfect!

It wasn't clear without a phone call exactly how we were to access the condo we had already paid for. That would be easily solved with just a sentence or two of explanation in an email or text a week or two before the start date of the rental term.The vertical blinds in the living room and main bedroom had missing, thereforeprivacy was compromised. They should be replaced, perhaps with an alternative form of window covering.Nonetheless, we loved Indian Rocks Beach and the location of this condo.

We loved this place. The only drawbacks were the secondary toilet needing a new flapper (it runs constantly) and the fact that the vertical blinds in the living room and main bedroom needing to be replaced (lack of privacy because of missing slats). The location was perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach had very easy access and we had air and water temps warm enough to swim often in the gulf!

Great location but office is a few miles away which made check in at 11 pm a hassle. Then we were given the wrong door code. Eventually we figured out the 2nd key opened the dead lock too but directions did not spell that out. Made our arrival a bit stressful. Thankful that Holly and Deanna made our departure smooth!

We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Very clean and well-equipped unit in relatively small complex right on the beach. Several great restaurants just across the street or in walking distance from the building. The unit is on the first floor just above the covered parking and has partial beach view from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with above average quality kitchenware. Washer/drier unit is different from the picture and actually very new. Was a bit concerned that unit is managed by the resort, but communication with them was actually very easy and ladies from the management office answered promptly to couple questions before and during stay. The only suggestion to improve guest experience is to update bed linens, those on the master bed felt very old and pilly. Overall, very nice stay and we would rent this unit again.

The beds where very comfortable. The towels were very nice and plentiful. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit because we had several visitors. We loved the closeness of the beach and pool was always warm. We did not mind not having a direct ocean view in fact we preferred it because we didn’t have the afternoon sun. Parking was great, and they provide two carts which made it easy to bring things up to our unit. We had a minor issues while we were there and they were addressed Very quickly. JC resorts was excellent to work with and their staff makes sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure to go to Keegan’s and Chicago Jaox, IRB creamery, and the produced store by IRB creamery. Also make sure to visit the nature park just over bridge and to your left on 688. I would like to recommend that they provide a pizza pan, pizza cutter, some mixing bowls, and knifes for slicing such things has potatoes and vegetables. But you can certainly make do with what is provided. You might also enjoy taking the trolley that you can catch about a block away. Get a day pass if you do. You can go to Clearwater and all the way to St. Petersburg. Stop by Johns Pass and walk on boardwalk and stop in at Paradise Cafe on the east end get tacos and gumbo. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely book through JC resorts again. One other thing a key pad would be great instead of having to deal with keys.

We thought the location of the complex was perfect too and we were so happy that we did not see any bugs inside! The complex was quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The King mattress was very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have a place on-site to drop the keys when leaving. It was not an issue for us, as we opted to stay a bit longer and had to go to the rental office anyway; just a suggestion for the future. The agents we dealt with were very nice and accommodating. We will probably stay here again some day in the future.

Unit 107 provided us an enjoyable experience, but we did miss the direct gulf views afforded by other gulf front units. 107 was well stocked and the kitchen and bathrooms seemed updated. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was resolved within an hour of my call to Holly. She is the best! The pool furniture could use to be updated and/or cleaned. We def recommend staying at HH and will be planning our next trip soon.

We missed having the basic amenities that we've had in past condo rentals such as dish soap, dish scrubber, salt, beach towels, and more rolls of tp, paper towels, and towels. The floor was dusty dirty upon arrival and had not been mopped. We did receive a few extra washclothes and hand towels when we called the management, which helped. We loved the location near restaurants and shops and the beach is fabulous.

The condo and location were great. I would suggest to the owner to update the mattresses and pillows on the beds, they were hard and lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Providing us with cleaning supplies, paper towels, Saran Wrap, tinfoil etc would have been nice as well. Other than that, we loved staying in Hamilton 107 and would recommend it to someone looking for a beach get away.

The beds where very comfortable. The towels were very nice and plentiful. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit because we had several visitors. We loved the closeness of the beach and pool was always warm. We did not mind not having a direct ocean view in fact we preferred it because we didn’t have the afternoon sun. Parking was great, and they provide two carts which made it easy to bring things up to our unit. We had a minor issues while we were there and they were addressed Very quickly. JC resorts was excellent to work with and their staff makes sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure to go to Keegan’s and Chicago Jaox, IRB creamery, and the produced store by IRB creamery. Also make sure to visit the nature park just over bridge and to your left on 688. I would like to recommend that they provide a pizza pan, pizza cutter, some mixing bowls, and knifes for slicing such things has potatoes and vegetables. But you can certainly make do with what is provided. You might also enjoy taking the trolley that you can catch about a block away. Get a day pass if you do. You can go to Clearwater and all the way to St. Petersburg. Stop by Johns Pass and walk on boardwalk and stop in at Paradise Cafe on the east end get tacos and gumbo. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely book through JC resorts again. One other thing a key pad would be great instead of having to deal with keys.

The property was extremely clean, and as advertised. However, with a few hundred dollars worth of items, this property would be absolutely outstanding. There were only 3, super tiny, beach towels, and the chairs were old and falling apart. Same for the umbrella. Also, a few DVDs and games/puzzles would be nice for rainy days/evenings. Also enjoyed the side balcony for the shade, and less noise from the pool area.

The pictures were a little misleading as they gave the impression that there would be a direct view of the ocean, and that was not the case. Other than that, the condo was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly, and my family had a great time.

Enjoyed another week at the Hamilton House in IRB. Unit 107 provided us an enjoyable experience, but we did miss the direct gulf views afforded by other gulf front units. 107 was well stocked and the kitchen and bathrooms seemed updated. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was resolved within an hour of my call to Holly. She is the best! The pool furniture could use to be updated and/or cleaned. We def recommend staying at HH and will be planning our next trip soon.

Unit was very nice,spotless clean!! Access to pool and beach was very convenient. There were 3 beach chairs in unit. Beds were comfortable. Pocket door in master bedroom needs adjusting...Unit should include paper towels, dish detergent bottle. We donated over the door hooks, but unit could use more!! Overall, would recommend this unit!

The unit was very clean, good location, easy to get to restaurants. The view was not as picturesque as we expected, being no ocean view, (only a side view). The beds were very comfortable. Dishwasher was not easy to use and the water shut off was not convenient at all. We enjoyed our vacation in Indian Rocks.

I was disappointed of the view, no ocean view. We always want to see the ocean that’s why we travel to Florida. The water shut down was inconvenient and longer than notified. It was easy to get to the beach and overall very good.

This condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It's been nicely updated and was clean when we arrived. Only suggestion is to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because the neighbors can be loud.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The Gulf is right in the backyard and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you're a light sleeper, you should probably bring ear plugs but other than that, we had a great stay.

Most satisfying vacation in Florida in the past 20 years. The accommodations were outstanding. Everything you needed was in the unit. We stayed for 8 plus weeks and enjoyed the view, pool and beach. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus we had to leave early. However,, we look forward to returning next year.

Loved everything about this condo, the layout, the comfy style, and clean as a whistle. The kitchen is well stocked, as is the bathroom necessities, and lots of beach items if you want to head there. The pool is just a short trip down the elevator. The side veranda was great for us, we enjoyed having a shady place to relax and read,(Only down side was the noisy partiers in the house rental next door for 2 nights,) Great location for biking - loved the bike lanes! And lots of restaurants close by so you can walk to dinner too! Can't wait to return! Thank you for sharing your little peace of heaven!

Clean and remodeled condo. Side water view was perfect and less noisy than over pool beach side. Guppy's restaurant across street was great. Great beach and beautiful sunsets. We do recommend this condo and will be back for sure
