This house met all of our needs while we were in town for a sports event. Lots is space, small back yard, everything needed in the kitchen.

Townhouse was awesome. Plenty of room for 6 people. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Host Jordan was very helpful and available when needed. We all loved our stay. Would stay again.

The Hamilton house and my unit was a very nice place to stay. The unit was well stocked and I loved that the beds were on the firm side. The building and property was in very good shape despite the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton. The weather was cold this past January but that is not the Condo's fault. Several of the local restaurants are open and the food was veery good. I also want to do a call out to the JC Resort staff as they were very helpful, friendly and very professional.

Overall the experience was good. Only real issue was the lack of pool furniture and some of the chairs that were there were damaged.

The condominium was perfect! Very clean and plenty of room for four. Indian Rocks is absolutely perfect for relaxation. Just4 miles either way you have a lot of options and entertainment from parasailing to sunset dinner cruises. Right across the street from the condo is a must restaurant called Kegan's with awesome soft shells. Lovely pool with a turn of the gate to jump in the beautiful gulf or watch beautiful sunrises or sunsets. Just perfect!

Overall, great property. Would like to have apartment stocked with sponge, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, paper towels. Also, basic spices such as salt and pepper would be ice. Fantastic location.

The condo was very clean. The furniture could be replaced as we didn't find it comfortable. We had an issue with the tv and the bedroom vertical blinds. The repairman was out and resolved the issues. He looked at the blinds and said a blind specialist would have to be called. No one showed up. There were missing slats and it didn't close completely so changing clothes was done in the bathroom. There wasn't any paper towels or a small bottle of dish detergent with sponge as we had last year. They provided beach towels, which was great. Hamilton House building and common areas are very well kept. Some of pool furniture needs repaired or replaced but the pool was good. The condo has a door code so I don't know why we had to drive to a different location to pick up the keys and information as well as drive back there to drop off the keys on our way out. It's great having 2 wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Keegan's and TJ's are excellent. Next time I'll make sure to reserve a beachfront unit.

It wasn't clear without a phone call exactly how we were to access the condo we had already paid for. That would be easily solved with just a sentence or two of explanation in an email or text a week or two before the start date of the rental term.The vertical blinds in the living room and main bedroom had missing, thereforeprivacy was compromised. They should be replaced, perhaps with an alternative form of window covering.Nonetheless, we loved Indian Rocks Beach and the location of this condo.

We spent a week in IRB at the Hamilton House with friends. Had a fabulous time. Weather started out cool, but was perfect most of the week. News reports spoke of "Red Tide" but there was no problem with that!

We enjoyed our stay for lots of reasons...the condition of the condo was a big reason. It was spotless, playfully decorated and fully equipped. Location was convenient for beach access, restaurants and travel to others areas. JC Resort employees were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Location is great, check in was quick, Condo was nice bed's comfortable, kitchen equipped, cleanliness I'm OCD so they didn't dust or sweep under beds or tables. Pool is small so when security said nothing to the Spanish lady staying in 203, 303 or 304 I forget, brought 12 people from off the beach to the pool or when a New York black SUV was allowed to take up two parking spots was a little aggravating. The walk path to the beach from the hotel if you use a wagon is a little rough with the pavers but doable. All in All my family had a great time.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this same condo unit. Other than a squeaky fan in the master bedroom, the unit was exceptionally clean and cozy. The onsite pool was always clean and my kids had a blast swimming every day. This unit is located near several excellent places to eat, and only a short trip to John's Pass.

Hamilton House is a perfect vacation get away . The Condo was impeccably clean. It offered everything you needed to just relax and enjoy every moment. The in suite washer and dryer was the tip of the convienence of this property. Swimming pool was clean the area was well maintained. The beach was to Gorgeous , clear water sand bars to ease entry and and exit into the Gulf . Great for the kids and adults of all ages. The place to be to enjoy and relax . Very pleased Ps We spent 5 weeks on this trip of the Gulf in Florida . Hamilton House was our last stay 2 weeks. By far the superior spot to stay . Thanks for the hospitality. Loved it .

Our stay at Hamilton House was absolutely perfect. This is our 2nd time there and it has yet to disappoint! It was clean and the location is perfect, close to the pool and the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean!! It is also walking distance to great restaurants, convenience store and ice cream!!

You won't be disappointed if you rent Hamilton House 107. We loved the location and the quite neighborhood. It was very clean. The beds where very comfortable. The towels were very nice and plentiful. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit because we had several visitors. We loved the closeness of the beach and pool was always warm. We did not mind not having a direct ocean view in fact we preferred it because we didn't have the afternoon sun. Parking was great, and they provide two carts which made it easy to bring things up to our unit. We had a minor issues while we were there and they were addressed Very quickly. JC resorts was excellent to work with and their staff makes sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure to go to Keegan's and Chicago Jaox, IRB creamery, and the produced store by IRB creamery. Also make sure to visit the nature park just over bridge and to your left on 688. I would like to recommend that they provide a pizza pan, pizza cutter, some mixing bowls, and knifes for slicing such things has potatoes and vegetables. But you can certainly make do with what is provided. You might also enjoy taking the trolley that you can catch about a block away. Get a day pass if you do. You can go to Clearwater and all the way to St. Petersburg. Stop by Johns Pass and walk on boardwalk and stop in at Paradise Cafe on the east end get tacos and gumbo. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely book through JC resorts again. One other thing a key pad would be great instead of having to deal with keys.

The pictures were a little misleading as they gave the impression that there would be a direct view of the ocean, and that was not the case. Other than that, the condo was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly, and my family had a great time.

Enjoyed another week at the Hamilton House in IRB. Unit 107 provided us an enjoyable experience, but we did miss the direct gulf views afforded by other gulf front units. 107 was well stocked and the kitchen and bathrooms seemed updated. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived, but it was resolved within an hour of my call to Holly. She is the best! The pool furniture could use to be updated and/or cleaned. We def recommend staying at HH and will be planning our next trip soon.

Excellent 2 bedroom condo on the beach. Had all of the necessary amenities. 2 BR, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher. great pool which was cleaned daily.

Unit was very nice,spotless clean!! Access to pool and beach was very convenient. There were 3 beach chairs in unit. Beds were comfortable. Pocket door in master bedroom needs adjusting...Unit should include paper towels, dish detergent bottle. We donated over the door hooks, but unit could use more!! Overall, would recommend this unit!

The unit was very clean, good location, easy to get to restaurants. The view was not as picturesque as we expected, being no ocean view, (only a side view). The beds were very comfortable. Dishwasher was not easy to use and the water shut off was not convenient at all. We enjoyed our vacation in Indian Rocks.

We really liked the location (2nd floor) and the cleanliness of the unit we stayed in. We thought the location of the complex was perfect too and we were so happy that we did not see any bugs inside! The complex was quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The King mattress was very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have a place on-site to drop the keys when leaving. It was not an issue for us, as we opted to stay a bit longer and had to go to the rental office anyway; just a suggestion for the future. The agents we dealt with were very nice and accommodating. We will probably stay here again some day in the future.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The Gulf is right in the backyard and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you're a light sleeper, you should probably bring ear plugs but other than that, we had a great stay.
