Beach Palms 306

Beautiful and clean condo. Location is perfect! Beach is nice and pool is awesome! Our only complaint with this unit was that JC Resort Rental Co left us the wrong keys. When we called JC Resort for help, they acted like we were idiots who just werent using the key correct. We had to wait nearly an hour for someone to bring the correct keys to let us in as we were actually given the keys to a different building. We were also never given an elevator key which is required to use the elevator by the pool and parking spot. After the second day, we requested an elevator key and were told its not offered with this unit. Additionally the ice machine in the refrigerator does not work. We would highly recommend Beach Palms and their condos but were not pleased with the service offered by JC Resorts.

It was our first time to the Indian Shores area. The team at JC Resorts was awesome to work with both while planning and during our stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Our only negative was the guest bedroom. It is more suited for a place for kids to sleep. We are 3 ladies who have been traveling together for over 12 years. The guest room was very dark with no mirrors or place to do hair and makeup while someone else is using the bathroom. Other than that the property was wonderful and exactly as presented on line. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning and the sunset each evening. A fabulous trip! We look forward to returning. We are already working with the JC Resort team to locate another unit more suited to our needs.

Wonderful condo to stay in for the week. Nicely furnished and beds were very comfortable. Would rent this condo again.

Overall, this unit worked out fine for us. Could it use some improvements? Sure. Cleaning crew prior to visit did decent job on all except floors. Floors (tile) were like mopped with dirty water. We initially thought kitchen was without butter knives, but two days into the stay they were found on thin top rack of dishwasher that we didn't know existed. Curtains in bedrooms need blackout backing or install faux wood blinds to be able to sleep in past sunrise. Too bright as things are currently. Also, secondary room that has multiple beds needs a room light to be controlled from a wall switch as you walk on. Sliding door is a very nice, thick, heavy door, but it's nearly impossible to open and close due to the way it drags at bottom.Furniture was nice. Everything was in good working shape (other than sliding door). AC worked well. Location was good with nice oceanfront views.The staff managing this unit (over at Sand Dollar next door) are amazing! Holly, Annette, and others are always great people and willing to help!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! The upgrades throughout the unit were exceptional and we loved the gulf front view! The AC worked great! I would have rated this unit with five stars, however, there was a roach problem in this unit. We reached out to JC Resort Management near the beginning of our stay and were assured pest control would come out that day. Pest control showed up more than 24 hours later and we still saw quite a few roaches throughout the kitchen after their visit. In the paperwork when you first check-in, it states in all capitalization that pest control comes once a month on the Beach Palms property (third Friday of every month) to every unit. This would have been right before our stay, but there were still large amounts of roaches in the kitchen. We also discovered a ton of sand in the guest bedroom queen bed when we first arrived. When we checked out, there was no apology from JC Management about the bug infestation - just excuses as to why they are hard to get rid of. If the bug situation was remedied, we would definitely stay in this unit again! Until then, we may have to look elsewhere.

The staff at JC Resort were fantastic!! The condo was great with a breathtaking view of the beach, and pool was wonderful. We had a great vacation experience

Great unit - clean, current and practical. New bathrooms! As always, the JC resort staff next door were friendly, thoughtful and eager to help. The only drawback was the pool, which is closed at dusk and doesn't allow any toys or floats. (That might be a plus if you don't have kids.)

This condo has a wonderful location. We enjoyed the updated bathrooms with walk in showers. The pool and grounds are lovely. There were only 4 of us, but this condo would be great for families as the second bedroom has 3 beds.

This unit was great full ocean view, clean, lots of room, comfortable beds and furniture. Location is right next to pier and several good restaurants within 3 miles. Overall one week stay was excellent!Minor issues were front door lock was hard to get into and could use some non-stick pans in kitchen and a hair dryer in at least one bathroom.

Was very satisfied with Beach Palms 306. Unit was as described. Unit was clean and location was great. Covered parking was nice and Annette was very helpful. Would recommend.

This unit was very clean and perfect views of the beach . Enjoyed our stay and Annette in the office went above and beyond our request to make our accommodations as we had expected . Would suggest a recliner in this unit and safety bars in master shower , as nothing to hold onto . The sofas look good , but cushion was worn down too low . Overall a beautiful unit .
