I underestimated how well stocked this Condo would be. It had everything we needed and then some! Traveling with 2 toddlers requires a lot of stuff and the condo owner was able to save us a lot of space packing since they had everything! The condo itself was very clean, fairly updated, and close to the pool. There’s a very easy check in/out process and the managing company is very helpful and friendly. The Binder the owner leaves is also helpful for tips about the condo (I.e which grill works best) but also suggestions for dinner and other activities around the area. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone but especially those with young children!

Lots of room. Great for 8 people because of bed sizes. A lot of 3 bedrooms only have one single bed in the 3rd bedroom. This one had a double. Only complaint is not much closet or dresser space in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Nice pool and right on the Gulf. Clean and staff let us in early which was very nice.

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed with traveling with a baby. To not have to pack all of the additional items was so convenient and reduced the stress of packing. Also providing laundry detergent was great to not have to buy! The pool was great and there were many grilling options available for all guest! The only negative was that the property could have been cleaned a little better. There was a lot of dust sitting on top of appliances and the comforters could be updated for better quality.

1111 was a great condo with all the things needed to make our stay feel like home. Traveling by airplane can be a challenge no matter what but especially with a little one, but this unit was fully equipped to make things easier (life jackets, floor mattress, training toilet seat, pop-tent, beach toys, beach towels, coolers, chairs, games for inside the condo, laundry detergent). We found the description to be very accurate! The third bedroom with the single bed did not have much air circulation, but was perfect for my grandpa who gets cold very easily. Unit was clean and well-maintained. A couple more blankets or throws would have been a plus (2 provided in unit), luckily we traveled with one for our little one. 1st floor walk-out was very convenient for everyone (kids, parents and grandparents). Brought a monitor and could still enjoy the pool while our little one napped inside. Close parking spot to stairwell, but pillars can be a challenge. Pool area was maintained nicely and cleaned daily. Beach was beautiful, white powder sand - found beautiful shells and a few sand dollars.Some of our favorite eateries: Salt Rock Grill, E&E Steakout, The WharfTimesaver Tip: Made a meal plan and ordered all the groceries/goodies we needed in advanced at St Petersburg Walmart Supercenter on Bay Pines Blvd (only 10 min from condo) and picked up on our way to the condo from the airport.Unfortunately, had to make a visit to an urgent care for swimmers ear - highly recommend Baycare Urgent Care at 13670 Walsingham Rd. Clean, quick and provided snacks and drinks in waiting area.Booking, check-in and check-out were easy with JC Resorts and staff.

We love the location and the fact that it is so family friendly. Even though we did not have a baby with us I was amazed at the amount of baby supplies available. I was also amazed at the inventory of good beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach toys and boogie boards. The only thing missing was a can opener in the kitchen. I am sure there once was one, but we could not find it. Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach.

Our stay was wonderful, more than we expected! The condo is equipped with everything needed and more! The space is fantastic. We stayed with 5 adults and had so much room. The patio is on the pool deck with a gate out to the pool. We had a wonderful vacation. The sunsets are amazing and you can either walk down to the beach or stay on the deck. Either way, they are amazing. We were very close to all the restaurants and just a short ride away from John's Pass. I give this condo and location 5 stars and I can't wait to go back!

Stunning beach and sunset views over the ocean. We always rent a car while we’re here and there is a reserved parking spot right beside the stairs. There are lots of fun places to go for day trips and good restaurants nearby. Indian Shores Coffee Shop and Salt Rock Grill are some of our favourite spots that we always return to. So many family memories have been made here, highly recommend!!

The condo was more than we had expected. It fit our family perfect. We loved having the pool and grills right off of our patio. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. We left some newer chairs the few beach chairs were broken down and we left a few new boogie boards. Nice short walk to the beach and it was never crowded. Would be nice to have a keurig, we only drink one cup of coffee every morning. We will definitely be back next year around the same time.

We come to Indian shores every year bc of the privacy of the beach. We are glad we chose this condo it fit our family of 5 great. Plus the first floor access to the pool deck right off off our balcony and the grill area was perfect. We left some newer chairs in the condo the other beach chairs were broken and we left a couple new boogie boards. We will definitely choose this condo year after year as long as it’s available.

Loved the location of the property and the location of the unit. Had some technical issues with locking the unit with the code. Management took care of it by giving us keys the next day but one of us did need to stay behind to keep our belongings secure for the first night's dinner. Cleanliness needed help. Kids room had underware behind the bed, knives were dirty when we pulled them out to use them, and when we pulled the bag out of the trash can, it was gross. We called management for a couple broken items so we would not be charged. Parking was a little difficult with a support beam right by that unit's spot. Were not able to have another option. The overall vacation was wonderful. Price was very affordable for our accommodations and we loved having our own patio right off the pool. The pool area was HUGE and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Walk to beach was not too bad to get to the water's edge and had lounges with umbrellas to rent for the day. I and my family would definitely go back. The management company called to ask about the issues before we left and I am confident 90% of the items will be cured before our next stay.

Had a great vacation with my daughters! Condo is perfect! It was spotless upon check-in and they have a brand new table and chairs in the dining room and kitchen! If you have small children (I didn't) this condo is for you. They have tons of extras for small kids! They even provide beach towels (in addition to the bath towels). Perfect location on the first floor, steps away from the salt water pool. The beach is only steps from the condo, and has sugar white sand! Beach is not crowded at all and perfect for families. Can't wait to go back next year! Feel free to contact me with questions!
