Ram Sea 304 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 3rd floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD player, Xbox 360, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one King and two Queen-sized beds. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and a tub shower combo. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. This is one of the few 2 bedrooms that offers a Washer/Dryer.
The Ram Sea Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Convenient access from both Tampa International and St. Pete-Clearwater Airports and centrally located close to some of the best area attractions, N. Redington Beach is directly south of St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach and North of Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. One of the most renowned attractions nearby is Clearwater Beach’s Pier 60 and its sunset entertainments. Baseball fans get double the pleasure: not only is the area home to spring training for the Philadelphia Phillies, the New York Yankees and the Toronto Blue Jays, but it’s also home of the Tampa Bay Rays during regular season.
And for football fans we have our Tampa Bay Buccaneers playing just across the bay at Raymond James Stadium!
And with nearly year-round playability, right here in St. Pete/Clearwater, golfers will find several challenging courses, with over 25 courses to choose from, Pinellas County is a golfer’s delight!
The Donald Ross-designed Dunedin Golf Club offers a traditional course at an amazing value. Speaking of value, the Mangrove Bay municipal course in St. Petersburg is the area’s busiest course, with well-maintained greens and a straightforward design. Also in St. Petersburg, the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club is a picture-perfect, par-72 course.
