The Sand Dollar services the North Beaches:
From Tampa: I-275 South to exit 28 (Gandy Blvd), which turns into Park Blvd. Turn left onto Gulf Blvd. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.
Directions: Take Interstate 275 south to exit 28 (Gandy Boulevard). Gandy becomes Park Boulevard. Continue westbound for 11 miles. At Gulf Boulevard, make a left turn. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.
Directions: Left on Roosevelt Blvd, Right on Ulmerton RD. Turn Right @ 49th St. N. to Park Blvd. Right on Park Blvd. Follow to Gulf Blvd. Turn Left. The Sand Dollar office is ¼ mile south on the right side. The Ram Sea office is two miles south on the right side.
Parking varies depending on the property you select. All on-site parking is FREE. Ram Sea, Sand Dollar, Sea Oats and Anglers Cove have open parking by permit only. Emerald Isle, Hamilton House, Sea Breeze, Beach Cottages and Beach Palms have assigned parking.
