A departure fee is required with each reservation:

• 1 BR / 1 BA: $90
• 2 BR / 2 BA: $110
• 3 BR / 2 BA: $120
• 3 BR / 3 BA: $130

All rates subject to tax and to change without notice.

Minimum stays are required during peak seasons and designated holiday periods. Some resorts have year round minimum stay requirements.

Rates quoted are for:

• 2 adults - 1 bedroom condo.
• 4 adults - 2 bedroom condo.
• 6 adults - 3 bedroom condo

Additional persons: $10 per person per day or $70 per person per week. Children under 12 are free! Maximum occupancy restrictions apply.

Deposit Policy: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a US$300.00 advance deposit per condo/per week. Deposits are due within 14 days of making your reservation. Remaining Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date The cancellation fee is 20% of deposit received up to 30 days prior to arrival, afterwhich deposit is forfeit.
